The product filter is not working for filter by size. When I change it from the default and click filter just refreshes the page but does not update the filter results to show what I have selected (eg doesn’t show medium only when selected). Filter by Absorbency and filter by price still working fine, it is just the filter by size. It seems to be working ok when I am logged in on wordpress but not when I am the average user

I had a prepurchase question- is it possible when using the product tabs to change the order the tabs are displayed, and default to a different tab than all products?
For instance, on shop or category page load: instead of |All Products| |Hot Products| |New Products|
Have it be |Featured| |New| |All Products|

Thank you for your question. By default, WooCommerce displays all available products on the Shop page. Therefore the tab “All Products” must be the first enabled.
Unfortunately, the order of product tabs is fixed. However, it can be changed with custom code. Our developer can help you if you.

Thank you for reaching out to us. By default, WordPress compress JPG images for performance reasons. You can follow this tutorial to prevent this compression.

Really good theme. But one issue I’m facing is that it is not fully compatible with WP Rocket, so when Delay javascript execution is enabled, product photos and gallery are not loaded until the user interacts. I’m pretty sure there is the possibility to exclude the gallery from delaying, but I can not find it anywhere.

Do you have related posts plugin that works with your theme? I tried a few, like YARPP in sidebar, but nothing is shown. Tried another 3 plugins and same – no posts are shown. Do you you related posts plugin that works well with Sober?

This theme includes a built-in related posts section on the single post page, but there is no dedicated widget for the sidebar. For displaying related posts on the sidebar, you can use a plugin like YARPP. But please note that it might only function on the single post page.

Yes, you can use custom code to remove the default Related Posts section of the theme, and replace it with Yarpp section. It requires a small customization that can be achieved in the child theme.
The Related Posts feature can work properly on the single post page only. It was designed to find posts that relate to a post. On the category pages, there are multiple posts were listed and this feature cann’t work properly.

Hi there, I noticed sidebar is setup at 25%, can I setup to be 300px on desktop and on mobile to move under content and stay at 90%. And have all widgets in sidebar center aligned. I would like this to be applied to side on post, pages and all content site wide.
Case is that general content such as banners in sidebar are usually 300px wide and it’s very useful to have sidebar setup at this size.

Thanks for your question. Yes, you can change the sidebar’s width to 300px with a small CSS. On mobile devices, the sidebar is placed at bottom by default. You can also change the test alignment of the sidebar to center on mobile too.
Whats is the css to use? it can be useful to others too. I got theme on Elements.

hi, i have slider revolution 6.6.18v on my website through our sober theme. after running Wordforce scan it says the plugin has a vulnerability. i tried updating to the latest version 6.7.13 but it says unless i enter the license key which am sure i have. Also am unable to successfully update WPBakery v7.2 to 7.7.2. Help please

Sober theme is on the latest version 3.4.19
Did you delete it? or just deactivate it? Please ensure the plugin is deleted and you will see the it in the installation list.

yes, i deleted it. the website looks really bad now. so i made a backup restore. updated the theme again, deactivated WAF, deleted WPBakery again, but it still does not show up.
can you maybe check the server cache please?
i found the plugin in the Sober package and installed it manually. It’s called “js-composer.zip”
