In our system administrator will create meeting for instructors and instructors will lead meeting. If this is not supported please refund the money all together or I will dispute through bank. Because this is most vital and I was told in the ticket that it will work. If it is not going to work I can’t use your theme and will switch to some other provider.

You said you will support deletion of recordings. You said you will fix it so that green light is not disconnected.

Then how do you plan to delete the recordings created by vibe bbb ? Since there is no way to delete meeting recordings from vibe bbb. The plugin you provided me has its own challenge that prevents from editing meetings and creating meetings. I have shared the gif ?

Also, how can you record bbb meeting but not share with group ? You cannot record meeting without sharing to the group.

We’re working on the Vibe BBB update. a. We will be adding Deletion support
b. We will work on ability to assign someone else as Meeting administrator.
Please note both these requirements are new and we are only developing this for your requirement in our plugin.

But you are only sending me 1 message everyday and not solving my problem. If you can’t support this theme then please tell. Do you really think we can run businesses like this where system keeps crashing doesn’t work as it supposed to be.

I am not able to run meetings for the last 2 months. Instructors not able to perform activities in BBB meetings don’t have rights to start/stop recordings. Instructors can’t end meeting for all, Instructors can’t use whiteboard, instructors can’t share screen or upload documents.

I have followed exactly same suggestions provided by your team in support ticket but its not working and when I am asking you are not responding. BBB meeting recordings are not showing in greenlight server so that I can delete recordings. How many times do I have to chase you to get this done ??????

In the ticket, the meeting gets shared with the batch users, the issue you are facing is different, it relates to BBB’s capabilities. A meeting once created has its own administrator who creates the meeting only the administrator can assign someone as presentor in meetings. The assumption is that instructor would create their own meetings, so this issue is not faced by other users.
Server Crash can happen as BBB meetings put a lot of stress on servers, at the same time we’ve shared recordings of things working correctly. Meetings created through Greenlight appear in Greenlight, meetings created through Vibe BBB panel appear in vibe BBB. Greenlight and VibeBBB are disconnected from one another.

Unable to run Zoom Meeting; it isn’t functioning properly, there is a plugin issue. The support response is extremely slow, with only one message per day and no resolution in sight.

I have received an update of plugin which is even worse than previous working since now I am not able edit any BBB meetings. Sometimes it just doesn’t create new meetings. Deletion of BBB meeting is not working. Nothing works in BBB and I have already paid and spent so much money on this useless platform and the support is dead no reply received from owner

The issue you are facing is the BBB server crashing and not responding. Anything that happens sometimes is most definitely connected with server issues.

Please see the video i attached on the ticket. you are likely not entering the Content area of your meetings.

I am currently working with your theme and exploring the calendar functionality. It seems that the calendar is either underdeveloped or still in progress. Many functions are limited. For example, the “Recurring Event” feature when creating an event only allows for daily repetition or selecting specific days of the week, but you cannot choose more precise recurrence patterns (like annual events, monthly events, or multiple times a day for seminars).

Also, the labels are confusing because when all events are open, there is no clear distinction between them. You need to filter the events to understand which events belong to which group (label) and how they are categorized. For instance, here is an example: https://prnt.sc/Mv__l40NZ3JC. In this screenshot, the events on the 24th and 25th are the same color (belong to the same label group), but they are different events, which you can tell by their different names and markers. This is visible without event filtering.

Additionally, your event filtering does not work properly. It is not clear which label you have activated for filtering.

Yes your observation is correct, the recurring currently only supports weekly recurrence, we can add monthly events as well if required. The labels combined with colors are more effective than using labels alone. The activated label is lighlighted with a box shadow. Kindly connect at wplms.ticksy.com

Yes, csv files can be opened in excel and converted into excel sheets easily, via MS excel , Google sheets or Numbers app.

I am chasing you guys on PRIVATE TICKET #3655228. I was promised a week ago that my issue will be resolved same day. But my issue has not been resolved as of today.

1. I am not able to view any recordings in BBB Greenlight Admin Panel. 2. I am not able delete any recording from Vibe BP or Greenlight Admin Panel. 3. Meeting recordings are not deleting automatically after 7 days.

Every time I follow up I get to hear the same thing that it will be fixed shortly. The ticket was initiated on May 26, 2024 at 9:48pm and it’s almost a month and my website is not functioning for the purpose it was built.

What is the progress of BBB Greenlight not showing recordings ?

Hi Team / Friends We are in the process of converting WPLMS based theme to Mobile Apps (Android & iOS). Looks like Vdocipher iframe is not supported in WebView at all. We don’t want our videos getting downloaded using IDM (Internet Download Manager) in the WordPress site. Do you got a solution for this ?

Only for iOS, for android this should not be an issue.
