Hey folks, Mobile Menu needs some SERIOUS UPDATE. It’s so basic and if you have layered sub-menus, you will have a headache navigating through them. Menu icons not showing in mobile menu, up/down arrows for submenus not working properly, arrows are hard to touch, no animations at all. It’s so messed up and is almost unusable. Please update it. Thanks for reaching us, to make the menu easier to click, please enable Use New Dropdown Menu you can enable it from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize Style > Header Option > Header – Mobile Drawer Option > Use New Dropdown Menu
for the animation and icon the mobile menu, we don’t have the option for it yet, we will add this to our feature request list, but we can’t promise it will be available soon

1. Download the latest version of the JNews theme ThemeForest.
2. Replace the JNews theme file on your server with the file from Themeforest
3. Reset your license by accessing the following URL

please replace yourdomain in the link above, with the actual domain of your website
4. Reactivate The JNews License.

To enhance the security and ensure that all resources are loaded securely, I recommend updating the links for all resources to use HTTPS. Here is an example of the resource causing the issue:

I have noticed that on my website it is still showing version 11.5.2 but i see on Envato that version 11.5.3 has already been released.
Does the theme not auto update via WordPress? If i manually update, do I simply upload and overwrite the current theme folder with the updated?

The function putenv() is a built-in PHP function. If this function is not found on your website, it may be because the putenv() function is being deliberately disabled via the disable_functions directive.

Thanks for reaching us, to update the theme on your preproduction site, you can activate the license on your preproduction site, the license on your production site will be deactivated, you won’t be able to edit the theme option on the production while the license is deactivated but it won’t break the site, after you finish modifying your preproduction site you can reactivate the license again on your production site

I see the below code under the htaccess file on the domain which is causing the issue:

I tried deleting the entry, but it is getting added again.
from the error log we can see that the error is not coming from the theme, our theme also not modifying the htaccess file, to troubleshoot this issue please try to disable third party plugins that not related to JNews, and then try to delete the code from the htaccess

Hello, I’ve an issue where any advertisment code that I add in ARTICLE ADS has the href stripped out. So my links are not working anymore. The issue must have started quite recently.

I use JNews on 3 sites and on all 3 sites “Share on Facebook” doesn’t work. I got this error “This Page Isn’t Available The link may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Check to see if the link you’re trying to open is correct.” All plugins, theme and WP is updated
