Hi,

I need a help. I have a license for Avada which I bought long back. I used it on some domain previously. But I changed my domain later. Now I want to use this Theme now but it is saying that the License is already being used on other domain but as far as my knowledge goes I am not using it on any domain. Will you be able to kindly let me know on which domain the license is being used so that I can check and verify it?

I’m looking into buying this theme but I have a question that I seem not being able to answer by looking at the documentation available.

Basically, I want to have a page that have block 1, block 2 and block 3, for example. Those blocks will also be used on other identical pages but they need to have different text and images. Let’s imagine I have a store and each product will need to have a image of the product (block 1), then a description with a list of specifications (block 2) and then a slideshow with a set number of images with the product (block 3). Now, when someone creates a new product page with a different product, can go on the builder and add these 3 blocks to their page and change that specific content only, without losing the style and formatting so it can be always the same across all pages.

As a bonus, can that content be changed on a custom field instead of the block itself? That way the only thing other users would need to do was to add the blocks needed and then change all the content outside of the builder editor and on the custom fields below.

tldr; can I create custom blocks that users can use on other pages and only change content (image/text)?

What you are suggesting in the first point is the layout builder we offer in Avada for single product pages. You can create a layout for single product pages and then dynamically pull content specific to the product page(and create a layout/style for the page as your need). Also, our dynamic fields can pick up content from custom field and most of users make use of the ACF pro plugin to add custom fields and pull in data dynamically (into any post type). You can check details on this here

You can also create a container/column/element that you can save in the Avada library. When using the theme, you can add this element and it will be added with same settings in which it was saved. You can then change the text/image or any other content as needed. Please do refer the link here

Hi avada, I have installed the theme with the licence verification, but when there was some problem in the setup, we delete the theme and wanted to reinstall with the purchase key on the same domain, second time it says, your purchase key already using in another domain,

1. I tried to deregister from the my Avada account, but still showing same error when trying to register the purchase key. 2. when tried to submit a support ticket, it says, your support time is over, I still have 4 months free support.(The purchase code is already being used on another domain.) 3. when trying to submit, it says your support expired in 1970. Could you please reset the key for me or fix your system error.

Sorry to write in comment, I tried all possible way to solve the issue, only I have this option to bing in your eye.

You should be able to reset or unlink your license without any issues from the same my.avada.com dashboard, as far as the license is not used on any domain it should be resettable, however regarding the support account, can you kindly try and make sure that your support extension is properly applied following the instructions here => https://avada.com/documentation/extending-and-renewing-envato-item-support/#toc_How_To_Apply_A_Support_Extension

Avada indeed has its own variable product swatch options which you can check out here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-use-woocommerce-attribute-swatches/

However for more advanced swatches options you may need to go for some 3rd party plugin(s) that can provide such functionality.

I understand my support has expired but something out of the box isn’t working. I imported Galeria and the custom icon set isn’t loading. When I generate new icons via iconmoo and upload, it’s like it doesn’t upload them but saves the post and no icons display and it’s almost like I didn’t drop the ZIP. Can you assist with this?

I was able to fix the upload issue by enabling ZIP Archive on the server but now the icons show up but when I select them they don’t appear in the menu.

Please any thoughts I”ve spent hours trying to fix something that should work out of the box.

How can I stop resizing for background images?

I have uploaded the 1920×575px image but when I added it to page it shows 1600×479px on the front-end and stretched to 1920px where it looks pixelated.

What is the solution to show the exact full-size image in the background?

I can’t find any guide that talks about this condition. It’s absurd that something so simple can’t be enabled. it is present in many themes except Avada. meh..

There is no NEW badge provided by WooCommerce by default, you only have options for sale or out of stock badge by default and that is already a part of Avada, however for any custom badge, some level of added functionality will be required.

Hallo, wir haben eine Lizenz gekauft und im Avada Account aktiviert, jedoch bekommen wir den Hinweis, dass der Support-Zeitraum abgelaufen ist. Once you extend support and you do not see it updated on the my.avada.com area for your account (on the main Dashboard page), you can click the refresh icon there to force update it:

You can already use a single Avada license on one local/staging/dev install in addition to using it on one live/production site.

For that, please adjust your subdomain/local name for the staging/dev site to the below format and it should work without issues even if you register Avada on both the staging and live site at the same time then:

TLDs – Top-level Domains (domain endings):

.dev (example.dev) *.local (example.local) *.staging (example.staging) *.test (example.test)

Subdomains (domain prefixes):

Hello i’ve several avada licenses. One of them in MyAvada is correctly registered to a site but on the site the theme is unregistered and if i try to registered i get a message that tell me that The purchase code is already being used on another domain but I really don’t know where it’s used and how to remove the other domain and register the correct one. I cannot open a ticket on my.avada since my support period is over but this is not a problem of mine. Thanks

You can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/

Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

I purchased this theme for a client and connected it via the admin to avada however, they went with a different theme and now I cannot deactivate because I no longer have access to the web admin. Since I never registered the theme on myavada, I cannot deregister it or ask support because I have no licensed products on my account. Every time I add my purchase code into the license field, it says it’s already active. Well I need help deactivating it so I can register the theme and use it. Thank you.

You can find the purchase code from your themeforest account (or the account that was used to purchase that license) and can then add it to your Avada support area to unregister.

For this, you can login to your Avada support account on our website and navigate to the below URL:

https://my.avada.com/licenses/

There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zubpq1m (you can hit the refresh button to update this or (chain icon) unregister icon to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).
