I can’t find any guide that talks about this condition. It’s absurd that something so simple can’t be enabled. it is present in many themes except Avada. meh..

There is no NEW badge provided by WooCommerce by default, you only have options for sale or out of stock badge by default and that is already a part of Avada, however for any custom badge, some level of added functionality will be required.

Is it compatible with dokan plugin and other multi vendors plugins?

Hallo, wir haben eine Lizenz gekauft und im Avada Account aktiviert, jedoch bekommen wir den Hinweis, dass der Support-Zeitraum abgelaufen ist. Once you extend support and you do not see it updated on the my.avada.com area for your account (on the main Dashboard page), you can click the refresh icon there to force update it:

You can already use a single Avada license on one local/staging/dev install in addition to using it on one live/production site.

For that, please adjust your subdomain/local name for the staging/dev site to the below format and it should work without issues even if you register Avada on both the staging and live site at the same time then:

TLDs – Top-level Domains (domain endings):

.dev (example.dev) *.local (example.local) *.staging (example.staging) *.test (example.test)

Subdomains (domain prefixes):

Hello i’ve several avada licenses. One of them in MyAvada is correctly registered to a site but on the site the theme is unregistered and if i try to registered i get a message that tell me that The purchase code is already being used on another domain but I really don’t know where it’s used and how to remove the other domain and register the correct one. I cannot open a ticket on my.avada since my support period is over but this is not a problem of mine. Thanks

You can log into your My Avada support account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab, and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration there > https://my.avada.com/licenses/

Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the site’s backend and register Avada.

Hi i want use Woo Featured Products Slider but when active it i return in website the critical error . Why ?

I purchased this theme for a client and connected it via the admin to avada however, they went with a different theme and now I cannot deactivate because I no longer have access to the web admin. Since I never registered the theme on myavada, I cannot deregister it or ask support because I have no licensed products on my account. Every time I add my purchase code into the license field, it says it’s already active. Well I need help deactivating it so I can register the theme and use it. Thank you.

You can find the purchase code from your themeforest account (or the account that was used to purchase that license) and can then add it to your Avada support area to unregister.

For this, you can login to your Avada support account on our website and navigate to the below URL:

https://my.avada.com/licenses/

There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/5zubpq1m (you can hit the refresh button to update this or (chain icon) unregister icon to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

Thanks for this theme! I have it for a while now and it still is very well updated! I like the new header options! Works great on desktop but im not able to set fully screen menu to mobile while maintain this feature?

Also the animation is off on the mobile phone now, is there a way to turn this on again?

Regarding woo commerce. In the product page, is there a way to change the font size of the variation options heading? For example: “Choose a Colour”. I tried changing the Avada theme options header typography for H3, since this seemed to match that font and size, and it didn’t work, I’m not even sure if it’s using this.

We need a code snippet that will allow us to change Avada’s default Privacy statement (e.g., “For privacy reasons Google Maps needs your permission to be loaded.”) for all Privacy options (i.e., Google Maps, YouTube, etc.)

For example, we’d like to use (for Google Maps): “For privacy reasons, your permission is required to load Google Maps.”

We searched your documentation and back-end theme options but couldn’t find anything.

Also, if non-existent, it would be great if Avada’s developers could publish a web page (i.e., repository) that includes all code snippets created for/shared with its customers in the past.

It will work and no it will never revert your changes on Avada update, you should not be needing to translate Avada files again after update, also there is no child theme required for it at all, I believe there is some misunderstanding in terms of how the translations works in Avada, the solution I am proposing is the easiest and the simplest one rather than using a script to do this.

Your method may be worthy when there’s a need to translate many strings. Otherwise, the PHP Code Snippet method shared above is the best approach.

Also, your documentation (see below) needs to be updated to be more user-friendly. There are many Code Snippets developed by/for Avada that should be added to it.

1. Where can we find more information on how Avada loads CSS files (e.g., async, preload, etc.) on our website? Please provide details and/or a documentation link that explains that in detail.

2. We are using the “File” CSS Compiling Method for our site (Details: https://prnt.sc/9DDrY1TuC4bc). Based on our testing using PageSpeed Insights and DebugBear, we can confirm that Avada is preloading the compiled CSS file. We need a Code Snippet that will allow us to remove the Preload attribute from our CSS file. Where can we find that? (e.g., documentation, forum, etc.)
