I have not updated to a higher version since 29.9. After updating the higher version of the theme and its plugins, my logo, product descriptions and product search box disappeared. Even after Navigate to Qode Options > General and click on the ‘Save Changes’ button to generate a new dynamic CSS file. My problem was not solved. I am using WPML.

When updating theme and plugins we recommend following steps from the video tutorial in this link. It is very important to also update Bridge Core plugin which will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. You should also make sure your purchase code is registered in Bridge Dashboard.

Anybody else here also has issues with header, menu and logo after updating theme to v30.5.2 ? After updating theme, wordpress and plugins i can’t get my logo back in the header. Before I renew support. hopefully somebody has had the same issue and solved it?

First I tried this as recomended in some earlier posts: Deactivated the Core plugin and deleted it, then did a re-install of an older theme version, updated it to the latest version and after that installed and activated the Core plugin again.But still no logo and some other elements issues.
This worked for me: I brought back an older version of WordPress and this fixed the issue for me, logo is back, buttons are working again.
Hopefully I have helped someone with the same issues.

Bridge is compatible with the latest version of WordPress, so it is not necessary to switch back to an older version after an update. If the logo and styles are lost after updating, once the theme and plugins are updated, please navigate to Qode Options > General and click on the ‘Save Changes’ button to generate a new dynamic CSS file.

On June 13, I updated the bridgecore plugin, and the next day the hosting/server was moved. My website shows me errors, I don’t have access to WordPress direct admin. Do you know what is the cause? Quick question before making my purchase of this theme: I know your theme comes with a common feature called Tabs, but my question is can I add other stuff within the tabs other than texts or images? Can I maybe add a slideshow within the different tabs? Or would my options be limited to simple text & images only?

We don’t recommend putting dynamic elements inside of the tabs. Since the tabs are shown only once the user clicks on them, this usually created conflict with the javascript necessary for dynamic shortcodes. I tried to submit a support ticket but form would not recognize my latest license – Question: Bridge 336 the Author Blog: Settings > Reading > homepage display > static page is not working – it will NOT allow me to set the home page. Tried de-activating all plugins in case of a conflict but no effect.

1)so when updating the child theme … only update the parent theme?? im going to write that down ..i forgot that it rewrites some of the customizations , its not that bad what it did .. what it did was took down the mobile phone slider banner , .. and removed some spaces on the top of the website. i can get someone to fix it easily.

Updating the theme shouldn’t rewrite any of the customization you’ve made in the backend if the update is performed correctly. However, as mentioned in the video, it is a good practice to create a backup version of your website before updating the theme, in the event something unexpected occurs during the update process. You can learn how to easily backup your website here.
You can then restore the backup and try to update theme again.
As for saving options after the update, you can do that as shown in screenshot. Once you click on the “Save Changes” button, the css file with all of the options set in Qode Options (logo, colors, header and footer options) will be generated.

how do i make the child theme show the latest version ..
i updated the theme when i got a notification saying the new theme was ready to be updated in my plug in area which i normally dont do ….
so i pressed install and everything seems to be ok but the i lost one customization on the eliminator slider for mobile phone .. the images are there but they aren’t showing threw mobile
im i always going to have to give the c panel the master file to update…. can this theme update automatically …. or in the plug in area …. im not running any special plug in for that..

i did a update i saw in my plug in section and it took away one customization that i had someone do ..
to a normal person this is a very hectic and stressful process that has alot of kinks in it .. someone who isn’t savy with computers will likely not even be able to understand most of this stuff go back in the program and change your ccs files so that it shows what??? its almost like normal joes have to know how to right coding ….....there should be a more simple method that allows people to have the best themes and not have to worry about updating it wrong or using the child theme or the real theme … i have been jerk around by someone wannabee webdevleopers i almost want to rage quit and just throw my computer on the ground .. i have to pay someone to go back in and fix acouple things …the amount of effort to understand all of this and get it to work right is very difficult .. and i feel that there should be a better more clear way on doing these things

We do believe that the update process is well covered in the video tutorial we’ve linked in your previous comment. As explained in the video tutorial here you can update theme using the Envato Market plugin or through a FTP client.
If you plan on using Envato Market plugin for the update you should activate your parent theme (please see screenshot). The Bridge Child theme should remain 1.0.0 even after the update. Child themes are useful for adding your own code snippets to a theme and keeping them safe from theme updates. This is why the updates are done to the parent theme, while the child theme remains the same. They are recommended for the more advanced WordPress user.

Hi! I have a question related to the Qode Properties Theme.
When you are in properties archive, where a map with pointers is shown.
Is it possible to group different properties on same location, with same coordinates?
For example if you have 4 properties in same address in map, you can only see 1 Pointer in map. Here would be great to click and see the 4 properties in a break down or similar.
