In the settings, background color for header is setted to white (see here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49202811?key=bd6cba524a07b8d07d7e7fe8bc8a2c11 ) but the website keeps showing it differently (see: https://www.studiolamonaca.com)
Please note that i’ve had to edit manually all the css, because the style.css is overriding the theme settings. Hope it will be fixed soon with a new theme version.

There are both light and dark versions of the header on different pages. As you have an activated dark mode it should be dark as the other parts of your site. Can you specify how it should look, light or dark on all pages?
If you want to have a dark mode and a white header you should use custom CSS in that case, because the dark mode is built that way to convert everything to dark.

In your case, we don’t see any CSS with a white color that refers to the header. Only a custom one from the Custom CSS menu.
Also, we see that your assets are minified, so we suggest clearing all caches and checking if the header option works properly again.

That means that if you’ve translated Theme Settings interface to your local language (if it’s not English) you might lose your changes and you should get and upload a required language file from the mentioned archive. So you won’t lose Theme Settings themselves, however, we strongly recommend making a backup each time when you update the theme, plugins, or WordPress.

Hi, There are some problems with the latest 3.4.0 version : in the dark mode version it is as if a transparent white overlay was superimposed over the slider revolution header instead of transparent black ... Ah, sorry, you are right, the mentioned video format is on the list. So you can’t use it as a video background for WPBakery row, don’t you? If so, unfortunately WPBakery video background is handled by the plugin itself and we can’t affect on it by our theme. Maybe try to contact WPBakery developers and they might help you.

I was asking if we can do it to multiple images in the gallery? i want to add images / videos in the same gallery, this portfolio solution you’ve mentioned is only let me put one featured video as a whole gallery cover. I want to add multiple images and videos all together in main gallery page. How can we accomplish that? as i mentioned i have tried to put the videos as GIF and that is very heavy, not a good solution, I need webm or any low size video format available to post images and video glimpse in the same gallery. Hello, I am unable to renew support for one issue that I think is simple. We are using woocommerce for a shop, and noticed that on the checkout page is duplicating the added item (not as in it is adding 2 items into the cart or anything, just the name of the file uploaded and the customer note are duplicated) We reached out to Woocommerce and they said its an issue with Ohio theme and told us to use their default store theme but that obviously breaks the ohio theme. Can you help with this? I am not sure what to do here.

I figured it out. Here is the issue for your own information and if anyone else is experiencing this. In file manager under Ohio > Woocommerce > orders > review_order.php:
The code uses wc_get_formatted_cart_item_data twice which outputs user-generated content. It’s crucial to ensure this data is properly escaped to prevent potential XSS (Cross-Site Scripting) vulnerabilities. WooCommerce likely handles this internally, but it’s a good practice to be aware of. I deleted the first instance of this with XSS indicated in that code line (I forgot what line # it was) and it rectified both the duplication issue as well as security issue with XSS.
As a side note: Ohio theme is currently using multiple outdated theme files from Woocommerce as well which is causing some issues. I replaced them myself using Woocommerce download from their site But something you guys should rectify in a update soon.

I’ve been trying to add extra fields to the checkout page.
I’ve tried using the plugins that you guys suggested (Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce), but nothing changes. I’ve even tried making changes on the form-checkout.php file in the theme folder just to see if there is any changes, but nothing happens. It’s happening on both the cart and checkout pages.
Please if you can advise if I am doing something wrong or what the best way to make these changes, It would be appreciated.
