i keep gettng this error that theme is missing stylesheet.css when I try to upload the zip folder directly to wordpress. I am looking for the documentation on how to properly set up the SMTP server so the email forms will work on the website. I have completed the build but I am trying to get that to work now. I am not looking for help or support but the documentation on how to properly set this up. I have looked through the documentation that you provide and you do have the “Cleaning Service Options” documentation area but it includes everything but the “SMTP” documentation. 6 months spend building this site and it is completely unusable if I cannot use the contact forms on it and there is no documentation or anything to refer to on how to properly set this up. Please advise on how I should proceed. Thank you.
There is even an option for SMTP debug but how am I supposed to debug and use that if there is no documentation? I would LOVE to be able to debug this. But how?

For the “Destination Email” please set the email where you want to send the emails that will be sent from contact form and the messages will be set according to your preference. And for the rest of the SMTP options, you have to collect them by contacting your email hosting and add them in the theme options and the SMTP will be set.

Unlikely but true. You check them, but you make updates and changes no? So something could have gone wrong no? Something did. The easiest part of a website build that I do everyday and even off wordpress and build these things with my own code doesn’t work. Yeah let me call hosting… ring ring.. hello hosting? Oh its me!! And not a single one of the 7 sites I built this year with templates had any other issues or the 4 custom ones I built. Your the only anomaly buddy. And I have an open ticket. It hasn’t been replied to. 8 months of work for nothing and then I’m treated like I’m stupid because your product is broken. Step your game up.

According to envato each user got 6 month support after purchase . After that he/she need to extended support to get support. Thank you
How is it support if it doesn’t work out of the box? You don’t supply documentation on how to set it up in the first place. You won’t tell me how or supply screenshots. You have left me with an a product that doesn’t work and you only tell me to pay more money so maybe it will be fixed. How about you just supply me the documentation for it and not try to scam me out of more money.
I don’t need support. I need the documentation and for your product to work. Since you wsnt to throw around numbers I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on themeforest and never came across a product so broken and a dev so unwilling to supply documentation for one of the simplest yet most important parts of a website. So now if I don’t reply how you like I will be out of luck? Try to be professional? Professional is not passing the buck and making up excuses. Professional is not making your customer pay extra for something that should work out of the box and COME WITH DOCUMENTATION. Professional is then actually helping your customer out instead of giving him the run around still. You want professionalism? I’ll give you all you can handle and more when I recieve even one tiny ounce of it from you. The only thing I will do to try and fix this issue is put together undeniable proof of what is broken and how broken it is and put a detailed review on the forums here after escalating it further with Envato for something that should work out of the box and had no documentation. I will be nice from here on out but I will not put up with passing me off anymore or giving me BS things to run around and try. I shouldn’t have to fix this or work on it, I shouldn’t have to download and install other plugins to fix something that should work out of the box. I’ll be nice, but you be nice too. No run around with actual solutions to problems without ignoring me.
Here I’ll help. I am only using the calculator and one contact page. The calculator does not use a contact form so there is no way for that to wven work but the contact page uses a contact form that form doesn’t exist. I bought a pre-made template so I wouldn’t have to do all of this or have any of these issues for this client. I’m wondering how people with no php experience or coding experience can expect to use this product. I am trying to get easy out of the box features to work with no luck. I have no idea how someone without a large amount of technical knowledge can fix this. Because the only solutions sound like dive into the code and fix the php yourself or try plugins to fix it.
I literally have a schedule release date for this website tomorrow and the only issue or trouble I have had is the SMTP settings and how broken it is. Months of work, time energy money all for nothing. Now I am going to lose clients, time and money because of a simple issue that has no proper documentation to even setup.
Just a quick update. I fixed the issue MYSELF WITHOUT this “teams” help or support. After trying to charge me an extra fee for something that should work out of the box and offers no documentation for the features it offers; I installed a plugin that worked and wrote the custom PHP for each page and now it works. Like I said, I completely capable of doing it myself. But I paid for this product for specific features and things pre-built to cut down on the amount of time and work I had to put into this project. But this product did NOT meet my expectations that were set by the products description. Not everyone that uses these things can handle things like this themselves so easily. So a BIG WARNING to anyone using this companies products!!!

Hello @SmartData Soft, I have purchased this theme, however, I can see many issues.
1) How to change predifned footer information provided by demos specifically demo 2. because i have change it using theme settings – footer section but nothings happend and it is still displaying demo dummy data !. the same thing happend for header 
2) I want to use the demo 2 but i want some feature from demo 1 like footer. I have changed the footer style from theme footer settings and choose footer 1 but it didn’t worked!
3) I want to use SVG icon. but what is wrong is that when i upload SVG icon and want to use it as services icon. it didn’t work !
4) I didn’t find any options to disable search and shopping cart icon in theme settings.
5) I use wordpress version 6.3.2. the woocommerse has some issues as it states that “Your theme (Cleaning Services) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files”. I should add that i am using the latest version of theme which is 3.8 at the time of this comment.
Moreover, i have read the theme documentation and related comments.
Please help me with the above mentioned issues.

there is something wrong with your website. i have logged in with envato and create my ticket but now when i want to login with envato account it logins with someone else account and show me all the tickets related to him. when i want to register into your site. it says my email registered already so i tried to reset my login details. i follow the reset process but password reset email doesn’t sent to me.

I have followed these steps before my first comment, it doesn’t work. I saved the changes but it does not update on the site.
Does this theme not use WPBakery anymore? I purchased it years ago, needed to update WPBakery but the theme under Appearance > Install Plugins only wants to install Elementor.
It is elementor for new layout. Old user can use wpbakary if their site is ready. But no way to import old wpbakary demos anymore
So will the theme author supply updated WPBakery plugin since old users use WPBakery? Also, the theme uses WPBakery plugin version 6.8 and the current is 6.13 (which fixed a vulnerability). I actually updated WPBakery myself to 6.13 and everything runs fine but my question will the theme author supply the updated WPBakery plugin when available and will the theme always be compatible with WPBakery even though it’s not stated anymore?
