Woocommerce is telling me that with Flatsome’s most recent update, Flatsome has a bug in it that is conflicting with Woo. I do not want to purchase a maintenance/support package for a bug within Flatsome.

I am getting an error message that goes back to this page public/wp-content/themes/flatsome/inc/woocommerce/structure-wc-product-page.php

The specific error occurring is a “Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_purchasable() on string in /www/stoughtonwrestling_139/public/wp-content/themes/flatsome/inc/woocommerce/structure-wc-product-page.php on line 255”.

Hi. Any reason you use H tags in the theme modules? I added a product categories carousel to my homepage and it added 10 x H5 tags there. Is there any way to remove the H tags from the module?

Hello! I’ve been using the Flatsome theme for 7 years and now I would like to use the swatches feature because all my products have variables (one size and several colors). Everything works fine except that I can’t hide the out of stock variables from the product page. If a product has all the variables out of stock, then the product does not appear at all, but if a product has 3 variables, and 2 of them are out of stock, then all 3 variables are displayed on the product page. In WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Inventory → “Enable stock management” and “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” are activated, also stock management at the variation level is activated. If I disable the swatches function, only the variables available in stock are displayed on the product page. Can you please help me with this?

Hi, while I had one “size” attribute for clothes S-XL it worked perfect – on category page there is a display of size squares below products. But now I have two new attributes: bed cover size (eg. 140×200cm, 200×200cm) and shoe size (39, 40, 42) and these are not visible below products (just says choose variant). Only one product attribute “size” can be visible on my shop – flatsome personalization – product catalog – swatches – there can be only one attribute selected.

How could I add here two more? So that all my attribute “sizes” would be visible on product category pages, not only one.. I cannot add shoe sizes in numbers with clothes sizes with letters together..

Do you plan to add here more attributes swaches to be selected?

1) will this new Flatsome major release will be compatible regarding updating from Flatsome 3 or will it be not possible to update, like it was with first Flatsome version

2) will Flatsome v4 still work with Classic Editor? Personally I am still not fan of WordPress Blocks…

WordPress 6.6.1 with Flatsome 3.19.4

Issue – After editing a page in UX Builder, clicking on Exit Builder icon in top left (X) does not return you to page edit screen. It goes to for example to http://your-website.com/wp-admin/edit.php#038;action=edit, so you end up on “All Posts” and have to navigate back to page you were editing.

EDIT: I actually think this behavior started in some earlier version

Is it me, or is the downloads section here not updated with 3.19.4? When I download it’s still 3.19.3?
