Hi guys just a quick question is there a way for my visitors who click on a paid course to go straight to woocommerce cart/checkout? I notice they get a popup modal to login / Register I think this is causing some friction when visitors want to enrol.
When they click on GET COURSE they have to login or register and then have to click on GET COURSE again after they have logged in, I don’t think this is good user experience.
It would be easier if the user clicks on GET COURSE they are redirected to the woocommerce checkout/cart and an account is auto created during checkout and user auto logged in and redirected to their course after successful payment.
Unless I am doing something totally wrong.

Actually, it is possible to have your visitors go straight to the WooCommerce cart/checkout when they click on a paid course. You just need to ensure that WooCommerce and LMS settings are configured correctly.

Make sure you have enabled the WooCommerce checkout and guest checkout options in the MasterStudy LMS settings. Additionally, you should enable guest checkout in the WooCommerce settings. Also, enable the “Allow customers to create an account during checkout” option so users can create an account during the purchase process. However, remember to uncheck the “Allow customers to create an account on the ‘My Account’ page” option, as users need to be registered on the website via the theme registration form.

I tried your suggestions above and it worked! Thank you, however, I disabled “Allow customers to place orders without an account” as I found in my past experience this allowed users to place orders without an account.
I also switched on Redirect as I want my users to be auto-transferred to the checkout page when they click on GET COURSE. (Reduce clicks) however, it automatically takes them to the cart (which is not bad but could be a better experience if they go straight to checkout, is there any way to do this, please?

hi, can i set a date for course to expire? maybe 1 year period. example, user bought the course at 29/7/2024, then on 30/7/2025 user wont be able to access the course because it has expired, user need to pay again to access.

Yes, it is possible to set an expiration date for courses. You can do this by going to Courses Settings > Access, enabling the Time Limit, and then entering the desired number of days.
For example, if a user purchases a course on 29/7/2024, you can set the expiration to 365 days, so they will lose access on 30/7/2025 and will need to pay again to access the course.

1. checking on your demos, before i buy your theme, i noticed all the mobile header had the user login icon, but is there a way to remove that from the head or it cant be remove please?

Manual Payments via Bank Transfers:
For managing manual payments, we have integration with the WooCommerce plugin. You can use WooCommerce’s checkout system for purchasing courses and membership plans.
