Hello, it gives an error to import the template demo and says that I need to install the Elementor Pro plugin, is there any way I can not do this?

I have Learnpress installed with The7 Theme but Learnpress pages do not display the courses and syllabus at all. It just displays the description, and everything else is missing, not shown. May I know why is this happening? My support license may have expired but I don’t want to renew it for just this. Please help me if possible.

I cant get the theme options to import. always a red dot. everything else imports. any suggestions?
Hello! Could you please deactivate all third-party plugins and try importing demo content checkboxes one by one, instead of importing them all in a bunch. Also, could you please refer to The7 -> My The7 -> System Status and make sure your server parameters meet theme requirements.

Hi Team, I’ve recently imported the Starter Side Menu demo site and have began customising. I can’t for the life of me find where I change the logo on the menu.
I’m also can’t find where to remove the buttons at the bottom of the side menu, sorry if its in the documentation somewhere but I feel like I’ve been going around in circles for a few days trying to find it.
Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi . I am not able to download the pre made websites. It says the process is complete but its hows a “blank black screen”. Wordpress and the theme is updated to the latest ones.

1) remove all imported content https://guide.the7.io/elementor/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2017/10/fig.4.png
2) deactivate all plugins;
3) import the demo again from scratch.
Trying to import demo data but attachments takes a lot of time to import it have been 2 days now failing to import 112 attachments for one website
