Hi Team, I’ve recently imported the Starter Side Menu demo site and have began customising. I can’t for the life of me find where I change the logo on the menu.
I’m also can’t find where to remove the buttons at the bottom of the side menu, sorry if its in the documentation somewhere but I feel like I’ve been going around in circles for a few days trying to find it.
Can you point me in the right direction?

Hi . I am not able to download the pre made websites. It says the process is complete but its hows a “blank black screen”. Wordpress and the theme is updated to the latest ones.

1) remove all imported content https://guide.the7.io/elementor/wp-content/uploads/sites/4/2017/10/fig.4.png
2) deactivate all plugins;
3) import the demo again from scratch.
Trying to import demo data but attachments takes a lot of time to import it have been 2 days now failing to import 112 attachments for one website

We literally have 12 pages and elementor pro installed.

Hello! I don’t have badge, bc i’m just helping. There is a problem with Visual Composer: when i’m changing font size in a element, for example in “headings”, theme uses default settings size and after saving in element font size remains empty. Updating to new versions of WPBakery, Ultimate addons and newest the7 update didn’t fix it

I’ve been using this theme for years. Just downloaded a second license for a new site. Problem I’m running into is that any new pages I create don’t have any of the universal page elements – header, logo, menu, etc. It also doesn’t have the font styling and colors, like it’s totally blank – any thoughts as to what might be going on?
It may have to do with WP Bakery, when I disable that – the page styling comes back. Hard to build a site without using that though. Is there a patch somewhere for this?

After the latest update the “Info Banner” URL Button is unusable. The URL is not correctly transfered. All ”/” are deleted and it leads to nowhere.
