I was attempting to deactivate the theme on one of my website since I haven’t utilized it since purchasing. I’m still uncertain about where I would like to apply it. However, on the license deactivation page, it states, “To prevent fraud, once deregistered, this purchase code cannot be used for the same installation again. You can use this purchase code on any other installation except this one.”

At the moment, I’m experimenting with it on a few projects while considering where the theme would be best suited. If I later decide to use the theme on the deactivated domain, why is that not permitted? Because I will disable it on the other website where its activated of course. It seems reasonable to expect that I should be able to use it on a single domain without restrictions, especially as a paying customer. Thank you.

Can i get my license reset for the domains i am using. Both domains are not using this theme at all but still showing. Not able to create ticket as its asking to renew the support.

Hi, cant change price products, i mean, i change it under wordpress, also i check database and i see the new price, but in website still show the old prices, i delete cache, i remove autoptimize and still show the old price, if i capture 0 appears 0, if i delete the price dont show nothing, but if i add x number, appears the old price. And this appear in all navigators and diferent computers on diferent places. I just cant modify prices, i can modify title and description but not prices. Thanks
