Subject: License Re-registration Issue for TheGem Theme
Hi,
I’m having trouble re-registering my TheGem theme license. After deregistering it from a previous(localhost and live) environment, I’m now unable to activate it again and get the following error:
“This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code. Please purchase an additional copy of the theme in order to get a new valid activation key.”
There are no active installations using this license. Can you please help resolve this so I can use my purchase code again?

Pré-purchase question: I’ll need to install TheGem in a staging diretory because we need to copy all information from an old joomla website installed at the main diretory. Whem all will be fine, I need to migrate from staging to main domain, so, I need to know something about the license resgister process: Can I migrate license too?
Hi, thank you for your request. Everything will be fine as one license is valid for one localhost, one staging and one final live website. You can develop the project in your staging directory and then you can migrate it to the live website using the same license.

Hello When we make the download of my purchase it doesnt come complete, since the needed plugins for the theme to work are not inside of the downloaded file. Hi! In early 2023, we moved to another host and stopped using The Gem. We returned to a hosted WordPress site this year and resumed using the Gem. I activated this on our temp URL to rebuild the site. Today, we moved everything back to our original URL, and now I cannot activate the theme. I followed the link to deregister the domain, but I cannot reactivate it. Can this please be corrected? Unfortunately I cannot open a support case to resolve this since cases are limited to the short support window.

Hi, I’m commenting because we got a problem that was supposed to be fixed in support a few months back but we are currently seeing it.
Basically the site scrolling to an anchor doesn’t go to the correct section on the first click (for some reason on the second try it will be ok).
Smooth scroll will also not work if you link to another page and an anchor like
www.site.com/about-us/#services
We just realized what’s the problem, it’s lazing loading images. The anchor is not calculating well the window size when the images are not loading

When logged in as admin, and viewing the public side of the website, I got a blank page, with the following in me error_log: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught DivisionByZeroError: Division by zero in /thegem/inc/woocommerce.php:2051
To fix this, I performed the following:
Change this:
