[URGENT!]
Hi! I am writing urgently with regard to my ticket #3694128
I encounter a lot of issues, during the installation, while being on the setup wizard of the theme and also while installing only the plugins on another theme and while running the Vibe BP setup wizard.
While I check all possible ways, nothing changed and my website keeps freezing when installing the plugins through the wizard.
After having created a support ticket, they answered me in 48h saying that it is done, however it wasn’t as I couldn’t manage and get the demo landing page.
I still couldn’t install the demo I wanted… neither through the wizard, neither by other methods.
Therefore, having found that it is possible to install the WPLMS systems and all the required plugins to another theme, I decided to move to another theme for the general website and to keep the LMS functionalities of WPLMS by installing all the addons.
BUT AGAIN, there is an issue while launching the setup wizard Vibe Bp, as per the video tutorial available on YouTube… without being able to do anything except reinstalling completely WordPress and deleting the database.
I check 50 times the minimum server configuration and crosschecked with the plugin PHP info, and still nothing works.. The system is saying that I am not allowed to do it…
I ended up being stuck for a week now, while I need it urgently for my students.
After a week would it be possible to get that done once for all ? it keeps freezing… and I CANNOT DO ANYTHING….
I honestly purchased a lot of themes on ThemeForest and I am more than happy for most of theme, but I must say that so far, this one is promising to be the best but turns out to be the worst specially in terms of support.

We are working on your ticket. Since you are using it with other theme, we have to go step by step, we do not recommend our users to go all out and activate all the functions of the theme. Thanks, but while proceeding step by step as per your video, I get stuck on the step 1, the website freezes on the VibeBP setup Wizard, nothing happens and I cannot choose any feature, nothing, the button to launch the installation doesn’t work at all… and the website is telling me that I am not allowed to do it…
We are working on the ticket, the setup wizard completed but something is blocking API requests in your site.
Yes, everything has been checked as per your answers on the ticket, but nothing has changed, and there is no errors on the server side. Could check on the plugin side ? or help me with further guidelines on checking the server ?
Meanwhile I will try to install them on another server.

So apparently the wizard worked well on another server, However there is still some issues as I don’t get the same results as per the video tutorial. It might be an issue on the installation of VibeBP.

After recent updates, the login is carried out, but the user panel is no longer accessible and access to the courses is shown on the 404 screen. This seems to be vibebp plugin issue, is there a way to rollback or if we can download previous version of vibebp plugin?

This link is not helping out. All the plugins are up to date.
I manages to resolve 404 issue with the following workaround: 1) I got the VibeBP plugin revert back to version 1.9.8.7.2 2) I got the wordpress revert back to version 6.5.5
it looks like this theme and plugins are not compatible to wordpress 6.6.1, so we need to disable Wordpress auto update for the time being. Looking forward to have updated theme/plugins tested thoroughly with latest version fo wordpress.
not exactly, we tested though latest versions but are unable to replicate the issue so far.
I faced a similar issue with other themes/plugins as well. I think the fresh installation of the theme/plugin on WordPress 6.6.1 may work fine; however, the issue might come in a scenario when the theme/plugin is already installed and WordPress automatically updates itself from 6.5.5 to 6.6.1. See if it helps to replicate the issue.

The plugin is outdated exactly to keep the site functional in any way.
Just see the query below from user kindson2017. He says exactly what I do. Treating it as an isolated problem and not admitting that the failures were caused by problematic updates is not the best option.
We are working on this issue, strangely this issue does not happen for everyone. In both cases the shortcodes are not executing, unfortunately this does not happen in our test sites so we are still trying to replicate this.
Please, I ask that you do not test the website without being sure of the resolution. I can’t be without a login area or with a broken link (error 404). Please kindly replicate what is happening offline.

Login is not a problem. It was resolved by updating VibeBP, but after updating, the user panel front end becomes inaccessible, as well as a 404 error is shown when accessing the course.

One of our other users reporting the similar issue turned out to be a firebase issue. Firebase required him to add authorised domain with www as well. We checked your site it seems to be loading fine atm, updated on ticket.
The site is loading fine because I did like the other user: downgraded the VibeBP, WPLMS and BuddyPress plugins. I also downgraded to WordPress 6.5.5 Additionally, I blocked automatic updates from hosting and Wordpress itself. We know, however, that this is only a temporary solution. I want a permanent solution.
We released update 1.9.9.7.2 of vibebp which has resolved issue for users facing this issue.

Impossible to login with vibe pop up Hello vibe team I have a problem with my Wplms site. I’m logged in as wordpress admin but vibe doesn’t see me as logged in. Unable to display courses in full screen mode or the pwa version. And as soon as I deactivate the vibe connection to use the WordPress one, the site automatically crashes.
The login form pop up dosen’t work and when i go to a course it displays error loading data as notification. I’m in a hurry Ticket number #3693304

I am considering purchasing your theme for a project, but I have several specific requirements and would like to know if they can be accommodated:
1 – I need to sell courses via subscriptions for specific durations, such as monthly subscriptions. —The subscription should be for individual courses or a bundle of courses within a specific context, not for the entire site.
2- How does the theme protect videos from being downloaded? I need robust video protection to prevent downloads.
3- Payments will be made manually, such as via bank transfers. The website admin will verify the payment and then grant access to the purchased courses for the subscribed period.
4- Users should have the option to purchase a single course or a series of courses (a complete path or bundle). Similar to Coursera, users can subscribe to an entire path or just one course within it.

We would like to start a new website, but we have some concerns about our training videos, as they are high-priced trainings. To prevent unauthorized distribution, we would like to watermark the videos with the username, so if they are recorded, we can identify which user made and distributed them.
The second feature we need is the ability to restrict certain trainings to specific user groups. Some trainings will be exclusive to doctors, while others will be available only for patients. We want to ensure that patients cannot purchase doctor-only courses. Additionally, we want to confirm doctors after they register by having them upload their diploma or certification. This will be another feature to ensure proper access control.

1. Watermarking videos is not possible as it would require re-creating videos frame by frame. What we have is custom player which shows the username in the player, video masking feature
2. This is possible, there is a built in feature from buddypress called “Member types”, we can categorise members into doctors and patients. We do have custom registration forms video

Hello, I am considering purchasing WPLMS theme for a project, but I have specific requirements and would like to know if they can be accommodated:
- I want the website to offer courses that can be purchased via subscription for a single course, allowing users to renew their subscriptions periodically.
- I do not need the social features that WPLMS provides, such as user profiles, activity feeds, forums, and other BuddyPress functionalities. I would like to completely disable or hide these features and focus on selling courses to streamline the user experience.
- Payment for the courses will not be done electronically. Instead, users will make direct bank transfers. I need a way to manage these manual payments within the theme.
Could you please confirm if WPLMS can be configured to meet these requirements?
1. We have subscriptions inbuilt in the platform without automatic charge. So the user needs to order the course again for renewal or the course goes into expired state. For automatic charge we have integration with Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin.
2.yes these can be easily disabled, we recommend keeping activity enabled as it is used in recording elearning activities.
3. This is directly supported via WooCommerce bank transfer payment system.

The certificate builder is a drag and draop template builder. If you install post duplicate plugin you can duplicate the certificate templates as well.

Yes, we got the issue, working on update on this.
A new problem after update. 1. When student registers and activate their account, they cannot login, it says username or password incorrect and also the name they entered at login disappears. Kindly help as we cannot be activating student manually.

When a user registers and activate their account then try to login it says email or password incorrect but the user is found in the dashboard.

The login is fixed with last update of Vibebp 1.9.9.7 but now when enter the course creation page (component#course) does not work, its broken
