Can I use your theme with multisite?
Example:
My main domain is www.shekinah.news Since I need to create a news portal with regional content.
Main domain: shekinah.news multisite. site 1> shekinah.news/america site> shekinah.news/portugal site3> shekinah.news/italia site 4> shekinah.news/losangeles
I have regional content and therefore I need to have a multi-regional news site. The only way to do this is by using a multisite structure.
99% of WordPress themes allow you to use the same theme in multisite since it is used in several subdomains.

The latest theme update has an issue with the vertical mobile menu. On iPad Air devices, the mobile menu activates when scrolling down the page and cannot be deactivated. As such, a large part of the content is permanently covered.

Re-updating the theme didn’t solve the problem.
Adding body {—pcsnav-w: 270px; } to the custom CSS seems to fix the issue, as described in this public ticket https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/ticket/3712586/
Please make sure you clear all the caching then check it again.

FYI: The recent update to version 8.5.6 – Aug 28, 2024, a theme error exists. When viewing a page or post in preview mode, the mobile menu appears locked open in desktop view. I have not tested it in mobile view. As a result I simply reinstalled the previous version (8.5.4), I did not have 8.5.5. - otherwise the theme is very good and very happy with it.

Yes, for $59, you can access all the demos we provide and mix and match sections and features from different demos. However, please note that with one license (priced at $59), you can only use the theme on a single domain. If you want to use it on multiple domains, you’ll need to purchase a separate license for each site. This licensing policy applies to all WordPress themes on the Envato Market.

Hi, I purchased a license for Soledad in 2021 and recently activated it for my new website. However, I had trouble installing one of the Soledad demos (it kept freezing and not downloading all the files). I started all over by uninstalling the demo and then re-installing it. This successfully installed the demo. However, when I tried to activate the demo I got an error message saying I already used the purchase code for another domain. I did not know that by uninstalling and reinstalling the demo, it would not reset the activation as well. How can I use my purchase code to activate my site? Thanks!

Yes, you can switch from any theme to Soledad without any issues and without needing technical knowledge. Here’s what you need to do:
1/ Deactivate all plugins required by your old theme to ensure there are no conflicts.
2/ Install and activate the Soledad theme. Then, install the necessary plugins via Appearance > Install Plugins. Be sure to install the Penci Soledad Demo Importer to import the demo style to your website.
3/ Go to Appearance > Import Demo Data > find the Central News demo > uncheck Import Demo Content and check Import Demo Style. Then, start the import process. This will import the demo style only, without importing demo content to your website.
4/ Adjust the website as you like!
That’s it! Everything is straightforward.

My posts don’t allow write comments. All configuration is ok. In Single Post, in WP… some days the website lets me write a comment, and other days It doesn’t allow them. It’s weird. You can’t click on comments… How can I fix it? Thanks!

I’ve installed on dev domain, and imported demo. On mobile is very slow loading (with your recommended optimisation from documentation), while on desktop is extremely fast. Is there possibility that optimisation is not working because of the licence missing? I ask that because I have on another website with license and it works fast, but this one no.
