If you prefer to avoid page reloading after each search result change, we recommend enabling the Ajax Search feature, which is available in Modern design only at this time. So if you are using Modern design, kindly navigate to Dashboard → Real Homes → Customize Settings → Properties Search → Properties Search Page and “Enable Ajax Search Results” from there.

Once the Ajax Search is activated, users will only need to visit the search results page once. After that, any changes made to the search field by the user will instantly display results without requiring a page refresh.

Displaying the results on the home page is not available in RealHomes.

Just to clarify, does your response mean that the theme doesn’t natively support having both vacation rental bookings and home sales/rentals on a single site, or is it specifically that a single property can’t be listed as both a vacation rental and for sale/rent at the same time? The RealHomes comes with two payment modes: Instant Booking and Deferred Booking. Please consult the following guide to learn more about their setup and functionality.

WooCommerce Payments Setup for Property Bookings:

In instant booking, the user will be redirected to the checkout process to complete the booking process. So, if you don’t complete the checkout process, you won’t get an email for your booking.
