Hi, I am helping my client to create e-commerce website and I am thinking to buy this theme for the website usage. But my client still needs some times to confirm the hosting and domain. Can I buy the theme and create the testing website on my hosting first? Then later on once client bought the hosting, i then transfer the theme and website to his hosting? Please advise, thank you.

Of course. You can definitely use Avada on staging/development website while you work on the site then can then use the same license on the production site whenever you’re ready.

We are delighted to hear that you have decided to use Avada for your new project, Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

My support period has expired. Anyway you could advice on how to change the images ? It doesn’t appear to be intuitive. I have checked on the feature image and category image or tag image but it doesn’t change, perhaps on the next version could you make it simpler to change images for regular users ?

The image is assigned to the featured image of post in that case and the way its assigned is defined from the page title bar, so you will need to change the page title bar and then change the featured image itself.

Hello, Is it possible that when the user enters the url, they will be taken to a single toggle (https://avada.com/element/toggles/) or FAQ (https://avada.com/element/faq/) that will expand immediately? That is correct, Avada can only be installed on a single domain at a time, if you are looking to switch the domains, you will need to reset the license from your my.avada.com dashboard by clicking on the unlink icon, we have a very detailed article about this here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-use-my-avada/

I recently bought your theme but bought it under wrong account so need urgent refunding in order to buy it from my other account for another company. I requested refund from author refund form. Thanks.

Can I get some info about the process please? I filled the refund form yesterday and I especially didn’t touch the download button. This shouldn’t be this much problem. I kindly request you to take care of this refund issue.

I can not submit a ticket because when I go to Avada support website, it says you don’t have license. I bought the theme but don’t want to download anything as it may cause some misunderstanding. The only way to reach you is themeforest platform. And all I want is a simple refund so I can buy Avada from my other account to create a true invoice.

No, I am afraid not, one license of Avada is only valid for one live URL and it is not meant to be a platform like Wix, Avada is a WordPress based website builder (theme) like many other WordPress themes sold here on Theme Forest.

Anyone else having an issue with the Financial Advisor template where there’s a Request Callback form. Not sure how that’s supposed to work and we’re getting error every time we try to submit a number. And you authors have no docs on forms.

Hello, I am maintaining a website that uses the Avada theme and it has a malware and vulnerabilities. It uses Avada builder 3.7.1 and also Avada 7.7.1. I moved in a new server and i do not have the purchase code because I have no contact with the previous developer. I have to buy the theme once again to receive these new updates? If i complete the updates do you secure me that the website will be secure? Thank you!

The current version of Avada has no vulnerabilities at all we can assure you of that, if any such vulnerability has come forward it is immediately patched, or a new version is released by our team with a blog post about it as well.

Regarding your issue, we strongly recommend that you update your Avada towards the latest version and this will indeed require a new purchase code if you cannot get in touch with your previous buyer.

How to set woo single product to use Avada live builder? There is no live builder for single product. The woocommerce was installed separately.

Ok I was debating on whether to purchase a third license or go with something different and I was really disappointed with the pagespeed results with one of your templates. It barely passed the test. Is there a way to improve the pagespeed results like what you have advertised all ratings being in the high 90s? Actually the mobile passed but the desktop failed. We are glad to hear that you are looking to use Avada for your project, however regarding the speed site there is a misunderstanding, and I would like to explain about this further, something to note is that our prebuilt websites are designed to show the design, layout and functionality that one can achieve with Avada Website Builder, the speed scores are not the first priority here as its very evident that a user after importing those is going to change the content and much more which in result will cause your speed scores to change, so it is not wise to make those prebuilds keeping in view the speed scores.

We are over a day waiting to access our download files from our Avada purchase on Envato and nothing is updated on our account yet. We sent Envato a support message and they have sent us a confusing response. The charge has been made to our credit card.

Hello, I bought the theme a long ago but I am experiencing some issues with the portfolio link format. I added some portfolio items that I need to have as links that will open in a new tab. I added the target to open in a new tab/window in the individual portfolio items and in the global options of AVADA but is not working. Can you please help me fix this?
