For the font family, if you have a custom font uploaded it will override the other google or standard fonts. And if you dont have a custom font but have a google font selected, then it will override any standard font.

See the descriptions above each font section. Let me know, if its not the issue then I’d need to check this out because its working on our end.

We have a sticky thread for users feature requests, and whenever we do an update we scan it over for thing to add. For the pricing numbers, you are absolutely correct. We apologize and will have that fixed in our next update.

For now, just add this CSS to the CSS field in theme options, select the color HEX number you want. That will change the color for you.

I looked at the one you probably mean in the knowledge base but I do not think that is what I am looking for. I’ll post in the forum.

Oh I see, you want to actually remove the entire image and rollover effect with links?

If so, that is a different customization and would probably take lots of code changes. They may be able to point you in the right direction. Just be sure to explain it as best as you can and include screenshots or URL’s if possible. We use Imgur.com for screenshots.

Yes this is possible. When you insert more menu items and it becomes too long, the menu will drop to the second line. And you will need a little CSS to center it as well.

For the jpeg solution, you would need to make sure you upload a larger image. It will auto scale it to fit the browser window, so if the image is smaller, it will scale it and lose quality. Upload a larger image and that will ix the quality issue. You can also select to have the image tile vert or horiz or not at all in theme options.

Try that or post up on our forum, our devs check there and can answer that question. Provide as much info as you can as well as your URL is possible in the thread.

Are you using our latest v2.0.6 version? If so the you just need to click the “testimonial” icon and populate your content. See the screenshot below.

If you are using v2.0.5 or earlier, then you just need to wrap [testimonials] around them, like below. And you can choose “male or female” for the icon, and put as many testimonials as you want.

Hmmm, Right now it takes vimeo or Youtube video formats so if you can upload your flash to either of those services then, yes it will support it. You could export your flash files to a video format then upload to either of those services. Then just paste the iFrame URL in the portfolio settings field and it will show up.

Yes thats easy to do. Insert the below CSS in the CSS filed in theme options. Simply adjust the width, the default is 176px so you would need to increase it until you are happy with it.

For your issue, it seems you may be using WP 3.5 with an older version of the Rev Slider. You would need to update the theme to get the new version of the plugin that is compatible with WP 3.5.

That should fix your issue. Also, be sure you read the READ ME FIRST file you get with the new download, it has important update information depending on which version of Avada you are currently using. All plugins are now required to be integrated into the theme so there are no longer standalone plugin folders, they are built in the theme.

Yes, your hosting company is limiting your upload size. The best course of action is t contact your hosting company and tell them of the error, they can fix that.

Or we can try to upload it via FTP, sometimes that gets around the issue.

Do you have FTP access? If so try to instal lit that way, see our docs and install video tutorial for info on how to do that.

You may have to reselect it to “show”. Go into your page options and select “page title bar” to “show”. If it already says “show”, then just select it again from the dropdown menu then publish the page. That should reset it.

The page title bar works on all pages. If you have a top slider like the layer slider, then it will show up below the slider.

I have tried changing it to Show/Hide a few times with no luck… while this does work on other pages… in case of Home page, just doesnt seem to work as it should.

I would need to see this myself then, its been tested and works as it should on all our sites so I’m not sure why it wont on yours. Let me take a look and I can tell you.

1. one $40 purchase is good for one site, you need to buy a second $40 license to use it for a second site.

2. Yes we sure do, in our next big feature update we are adding lots of new portfolio layouts, that will be in Avada 3.0, but I cant say exactly when that will be, but it will be done for sure.

Hey mate, I did already look in there, but seems the fonts resizing and images aswell are processed inline, so I believe it’s some kind of .js file doing it? I’m not really sure, I just want to change those values myself. It’s for the RevSlider and it seems the plugin itself doesn’t do that. I’m a bit confused

Hey, Nevermind, I figured it out. Was using additional DIVs and the inline scaling was applied to them rather than the element itself if anyone has the same problem

Whoa! thats weird. Themeforest controls all the downloaded files and I know they had an issue with this earlier in the week but I thought it was worked out.

Hmmm, I just checked in and it downloaded for me, but that doesn’t say much. You will need to contact support at the link below. They might be having some server issues. Fill out a ticket at the link below.

I would also try to redownload it again in a few minutes to see if it helps. Unfortunately its our of our (author) control, Themeforest controls all of that stuff, we dont have access to the files they upload.

It can be as large as you want Just upload your logo and it will give it more room. You may need to adjust the header top or header bottom after that, or adjust the “main nav height” as well

All of those are on the “header” tab in theme options, you can simply change them there.
