1. Reinstall the JNews theme by downloading the latest version from ThemeForest then install the zip file theme from Appreance > Themes
2. Reset your license by accessing the following URL.
yourdomain/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jnews&path=jnews&action=reset-licenses
please replace yourdomain with your actual domain
3. Reactivate your license. When trying to activate your license, remember to use the Envato account that you using to buy the JNews theme to allow you to access the activate license page. If you cannot change the account logged in on Envato, you can activate the license in an incognito browser so that during the license activation process, you will be prompted to log in to your Envato account again.

Hello! I have a problem, which has to do with importing posts from the old site on a new one (testing). On the old site the posts are displayed correctly but when importing on the test site the thumbnail of the posts are not displayed. I have tried different variants to import the post thumbnail but without success.
The theme does not display the post thumbnail, but the Featured Image option for my posts is not empty.

I am referring to esotre With your theme I can actually use a multi-site structure For example, domain.com (main domain) within this domain I need to create news sub-portals, i.e. domain.com/columnist1 domain.com/columnist2 domain.com/columnist3 In other words, each columnist will have a mini portal within our main portal, while the mini portal will have another border to which the news will be linked separately.
as if it were a multi-talent, but the difference is that my main domain will be used and my employees, who are editors, will have their own news column.

Hello guys, I am using wordpress html block to add some custom design but on fronted the padding within the buttons and boxes are getting iheritted from the theme on. My style is on the posts pages. Thanks for the reply. I already have 3 licences, all on the latest version of the theme. Subtitle below main title does not show on any of the installations using both classic editor and disable guttenburg.
I am not keen to buy another support licence because my last issue regarding tables in posts was never resolved after one of your updates messed the layout.
Is it just me or have options vanished from the Posting page since the last update?
Note: I prefer to use Classic view if that helps, all the options are gone.
Is there a way to download older versions so i can restore the settings on the Classic Editor? I am not a fan of that block one. Or at least to revert those changes on the child theme?

so in metabox.js it shouldn’t say ‘Uncaught TypeError: Pe is undefined’

So basically you broke a feature of the theme, which another post has also confirmed, and you want me to pay another $40 you to fix it?
we have tested the metabox and it is working on our side, if it not working on your site maybe there are plugin conflict, cache settings, or server configuration that may cause this issue, regarding this please try to disable some plugins that not related to Jnews if there are any plugin conflict or not, clear cache on your plugin caching if you are using one

I figured out my issue. I do not use the visual editor so i had that disabled on my admin user, when i turned that back on the options showed up.
My WPBakery Plugin is not upgrading even with the latest update of JNEWS of 27 Aug. It is still 7.7.2, and security plugins are showing it as a threat. Your changelog is showing WPBAKERY 7.8

Another issue now as I have changed my domain name. I have changed it in the theme activation and it shows under Jnews dashboard as activated. Yet every other tab shows its not activated and asks to activate it. It goes thru a loop over and over and shows license is invalid. This is a core error on Jnews part yet I cant bring this up on the forum.
