Just bought the theme, installed demo 508 and fatal error. No 3th party plugins. Creating an account on Qode website doesn’t work. Please help!

As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. This means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up for you as outdated. We do update all the template files when we release new versions of the theme.

Please note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality. You can go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal, and in most cases, it will, you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning.

I own two licences, support expired, i hope you can help, I can import most of the demos but specifically just not the one I want. it loads till 98% then says i need to contact support. Its the web studio elementor one page demo. Please assist?

Guys. Please make the domains that a license is used for visible in “my products”. I seriously have to buy a 6 month support ticket just to have a license removed because I can’t see the domain it is used for? this is unacceptable

I have just reset my email address here in Envato since the previous email address is no longer in service. Thus, I need help updating my email on my Qode Help Center account – but it is not editable. I have 30 Bridge theme licenses purchased through Envato for all my sites, but the purchases are not reflected in the Qode Help Center account (are the accounts connected through the email?) – only the first purchase is shown. I know 25 of the 30 are registered and to which domain. But I need help de-registering 1 of the remaining 5 licenses, from a specific domain, but I don’t know which license it is – since we migrated the site before deregistering.

Can I get assistance with my account information and deregistering a license? I didn’t think I need to purchase support again as this is maintenance and registration issue…Thanks!

We monitor resource usage through the ‘Resource Usage’ tool in cPanel, which is supported by the CloudLinux environment. This tool provides insights into the resources that your account has exceeded. In your case, there are several constraints that you have surpassed:
