Hello, i use an already pre-installed menu that appears in the normal in the desktop version, not on the laptop, on the smartphone and tablet it appears ok, as a burger menu.
How can I make the menu on the desktop also appear on the laptop? I can’t find any option in the header builder preview. I studied the tutorial: https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/header-builder-2-0/ but this situation is not explained. Also, if I create a new menu, when I switch between smartphones and tablets, the desktop menu also appears next to the already displayed burger menu. How do I contact Support? My license is still valid for support and I have been trying for the past 30 minutes to contact support and all it does is take me to the Betheme Support Forum. Clicking on Submit a Ticket also redirects to the same Forum. There is no way to submit a ticket or contact directly. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi, in woocommerce system status, i have 2 outdated files copies of some WooCommerce template files:
betheme/woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php version 7.9.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.2.0
betheme/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php version 3.7.0 is out of date. The core version is 9.3.0
How can i fix this?

I just purchased the theme and Spa3 is not available to be imported. Also, when I go to support, it does not see that I have a license which I do as it was just purchased so I cannot open a support ticket.

Hello, I purchased the theme based on the demos and sales figures, but I found it to be completely non-functional. Despite installing its demos, everything seems to be manually done without any flexibility, unlike other themes. It lacks proper modules and I’ve encountered many issues, which I had to solve on my own. The theme is very poorly designed. For these reasons, I would like to request a refund as the item is “not as described” and does not work as expected. I will be purchasing another theme from a different seller.
