Unfortunately, Envato’s policy does not allow the use of a single license across multiple sites. Each license is valid for one live URL only. If you wish to use the theme on additional sites, you will need to purchase a separate license for each one. For further clarification, you may want to check with Envato directly.
I am also having major issues with the new update and Elementor. I have almost recovered my site but I cant get Udesign Core plugin to load. It constantly says “failed”. I dont see a file in the theme downloads folder that i can manually upload either. Any solutions?

New version of Elementor still breaks the site with uDesign. Also tried to make a new installation, it doesn’t work. Seems like not possible to install a new uDesign Theme until this is fixed either.
Hi everyone, I confirm that even with the latest update the problem remains the same and the site crashes. I had to restore backups. However, I noticed something, I don’t know if it’s related to the element or the theme (I don’t have them on other sites). I have two Elementor AddOn Plugins.
1) Alpus AI Product Review Summary Addon 2) Alpus Elementor FlexBox Addon
Specifically, WordPress gives me a warning as it has not been tested with the latest version of Elementor.

Yes you can try as follows:
First of all, take the complete backup of your site, so that if any issue occurs then you will have the backup to run.
After that navigate to Udesign >> Theme Options >> Miscellaneous >> import/Export/Reset and Export the Theme Options from there.
Then change the Child Theme to the Parent Theme and again Import theme Theme Options from Udesign >> Theme Options >> Miscellaneous >> import/Export/Reset
After that check back to your site again after clearing the browser cache.

Your 2 latest updates with 4.10.4 and 4.10.5 still don’t fix the problem with Elementor 3.24.0. I had to rollback again to Elementor 3.23.4 for the site to load!!! Please fix this asap

The problem is with the plugin UDesign Core 4.10.4. I have deactivated all plugins except Elementor 3.24.1 and then reactivate them one by one. And the site only stop loading when the plugin UDesign Core 4.10.4 is activated. Please double check and make sure you update/fix UDesign Core 4.10.4 to make it work with latest Elementor update.

I found the issue… Its the elementor 3.24 update that didnt work.. Rolled back the update… Hopefully the further update helps when it comes out..

The latest elementor updates took down almost 40 sites that have this theme. Your support website is still showing down, what is going on with your company? I still never heard back on other issues. This is a problem. I have emailed as well. This is completely not the norm for this author/theme, very concerned.

I see, it seems you have used the same email for other themes support account as well, now to solve this, have to change your email, please create the fresh new email and share with me via my email: udesignaizaz@gmail.com and the old email as well which you are using now for the support account, so that I will locate that email into our support system and change with the new email, then you will be able to Login.

The layout of the single service page is coming from the blocks.
Navigate to the Dashboard >> UDESIGN >> Layouts >> All Templates >> From there edit the “Single Service” block with Elementor.
It will open like this: https://postimg.cc/p5yJ8w2w now all the content in this block uses the static widgets of Elementor.
Like (Image, Heading, text, etc.) in these widgets, we added dummy content, which is why the same content appears on all the single services pages.
So you have to set the dynamic widgets for the single service page.

I did all of that and you do not reply to me! SMH Why don’t you reply to me when I request help? I emailed that address. NO RESPONSE. I sued the contact form at the link above. NO RESPONSE. i told you that it won’t let me login with my password, and when I try to reset the password it provides NO RESPONSE. I checked my email server logs and nothing was ever sent from any of your domains to my email server. Since your password reset option does not work, and you do not reply to emails from your support address or contact form, how am I supposed to get help?? You could have sent me the password reset link a week ago but instead I get automated replies about emailing you again. This is very frustrating. Can you please credit the time lost with support until you have a working account for me that you will reply to? I am losing the first month of support just trying to get you to let me make a ticket. It doesn’t seem like humans are answering these because I told you I can’t get into that site because you are blocking my login and refusing to provide a password reset. While purchasing and installing the theme, I was asked to select Standard Import and Alternative Mode. Also, due to the lack of PHP max_execution_time and PHP max-input_vars, only Alternative Mode is currently activated.
Is there a big difference between Standard Import and Alternative Mode? I’m curious about what the differences are between the two and whether it’s okay in many ways, such as future updates and plugin usage.

Don’t worry about it—there’s really no significant difference between the two options, aside from the time it takes to import the demo. If your server requirements are all met, you can use the Standard import. If they’re lower, you can opt for the Alternative import. There’s no notable difference between them, and neither affects future updates.

You can easily translate these popups, footer and header from Udesign Layouts.
But first you have to enable multilanguage translation for each post types from WPML >> Settings >> Taxonomies Enable or make the template builder/layouts as translatable and save the settings.
Then you will be able to translate the blocks, templates and layouts.
