I am unable to update the Jupiter plugins (jet engine plugins)
The Jupiter dashboard on this install looks different https://snipboard.io/l1FSN6.jpg from other installations. The Roll Back plugin tab is not available. ( I have a lot of websites that run Jupiter and I managed to update these plugins there)
On other installation, I was able to update the plugins directly on plugin install page, but here I have this button “update required” that leads nowhere. https://snipboard.io/ZOCKdJ.jpg

I submitted a ticket last Friday. I received a response today (Wednesday.) The tech did not investigate the problem thoroughly and after waiting close to a week, the only response I got was there didn’t appear to be any problem. I included the error that was being thrown to make it a bit easier to solve, but that didn’t seem to make any difference.
I understand that you are probably handling a lot more questions as your company grows, but maybe you need more employees? It’s quite a long time to wait and clients get unhappy. Thanks for trying to solve this—I have replied to the trouble ticket even though it is marked “closed” without any resolution.
