You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import which is covered in video tutorials here.

How can I deregister a theme if they website has been deleted and the files don’t exist anywhere?

You can now also deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Are you able to make a deregistration of my license from a old website?

I try to use my registration key but when I hit register I always get «Code is already registered for other domain» and I’m pretty sure I didn’t this key on any other website, so if you could just deregister

Wish you had options to use BAKERY builder on all your newest demo’s. If you did Id be purchasing this theme much more often for new clients. Not a fan of Elementor.

Hello. I love the look of this theme, but I wanted to know more about a couple of aspects of the portfolio grids before I purchase…

1. Can the portfolio grid items have rounded corners? Can the radius be altered? Can the gap between the grid be customised to a custom amount of pixels?

2. Can the Masonry grid wide portfolio be made to hold tall (1×2) and wide (2×1) blocks as well as just large (2×2) and small (1×1)?

1. This is not one of the theme options, however, it can be achieved with some custom css and our support agents can assist you with this.

2. These dimensions are available (please see screenshot). The “Default” is small (1×1).

Just purchased Brigde 262 Need to install on a temp IP address Site until I get the EPP Code from the original Domain to point the Name to the new Hosting. Will there be a problem installing first on IP Address and then the Domain Name?

If you’ve updated the theme, please note that it’s necessary to navigate to Qode Options > General and click on ‘Save Changes’ button once the theme and plugins are updated, in order to generate a new dynamic CSS file.

hello, a web agency purchased the theme and i have the license key but i can’t update the theme from wordpress admin page. There’s a method to download again the theme with my license number and update to the last version? I don’t have the account it was purchased with. Thanks in advance

To update your theme, you can use either of the following methods:

Envato Market Plugin: This method allows for easy updates directly within your WordPress dashboard.

FTP Update: You can manually update the theme by uploading the new version via FTP. For more info check the following article.

However, In both cases you need access to the Envato account that has been used to make the purchase.If you don’t have access to the account that has been used to buy the theme, try to contact person who purchased the theme.

Hi. Pre-purchase question:

I see that amongst your 24 newest demos, you have Portfolio Agency and Agency Modern that are respectively a copy of Laurits and Manon themes, also from Qode.

Now, both Laurits and Manon seem to provide way more different layout options for portfolio list and single portfolio, while on the Bridge demo only shows a couple.

My question: by Buying Bridge rather than Laurits, will I be able to emulate all layouts and features seen in the Laurits demo? Including the js effects/animations?

Asking this as Laurits is more expensive than Bridge, but also hasn’t been updated in more than a year, which is a red flag to me.

The demos are inspired by the Laurits and Manon themes, however, they don’t have all of the same features and animations as these themes. To have access to all of the Laurits demos and features it is necessary to purchase Laurits theme.
