The error is now realized. I deleted the services grid page and in the breadcrumb it is searching for the same page id 558 which is services grid page and it is not found in the pages resulting in break of breadcrumb

This post and pages all made by me not part of import, we have more than 600++post now and all h1 dissappear because the settings back to default and I have to set it again manually.
all pages and post. Now I have done manually show the title again for pages and still trying to fix manually for post for it will take awhile since many post we post.
Before I give the access, I will discuss with my employer first, but will you able to fix the issue once for all or only identify the problem but I still have to manually set the title again?

The H1 titles reverting to default might be related to the theme settings. Enabling the title box globally through the theme options could be a quick solution to ensure titles appear on all posts and pages without needing to manually adjust them. Please give this a try and let me know how it works out.
As for access, we completely understand your caution. If enabling the title box doesn’t resolve the issue, creating a staging site and sharing the access details would allow us to safely test the case without affecting your live website.
Additionally, please note that there are about 20 updates ( its 6.6.3 before I update it was ## 6.5.16 ) that have been missed, which makes it a bit challenging to replicate the issue on our end. However, we’re more than ready to assist and just need your help to proceed.
By the way, it’s also important to check if the STM Configurations plugin has been updated. It’s possible that only the theme was updated, and this might have caused the issue with the missing titles. The fix for the title box requires that the configurations plugin is updated as well.
Please check this, and if the plugin hasn’t been updated yet, try updating it along with the theme. This might resolve the problem. Let me know how it goes!

Enabling manually did resolve the issue, but is a lot of posts we talking about. For STM I make sure everything is updated. Well, it seems I have to manually re-enable the options again.

Hi, yes because I decided to edit manually and now almost complete. For backup do you want the whole site backup or just specific? for whole backup I afraid cannot do that. But if you need the list theme and plugins I use on that backup I can give you the list so maybe you can replicate it yourself.
I use HTML in the copyright section, on the theme’s footer. It used to work fine, but now it’s showing the HTML as text, instead of converting it. Has it changed something in one of the latest updates? What can I do now? I want to keep the HTML because I included a link. Thanks.

I just purchased a 6 month support package, but when I try to create a new ticket it says my support has expired. Please can you help asap? I am having a critical issue where I cannot edit via Elementor my footer due to an error:
