I am having an issue with my theme license. I renewed this morning to update the theme on my client’s site. Now I am trying to submit a support ticket and it’s telling me “This purchase code has already been used.” – well no kidding, it’s in use on the site I am trying to update the theme on. So I tried removing the purchase code from inside wordpress. I was able to do that, but when I try to re-add it in wordpress I get the same message about “the code has already been used.”

PLEASE HELP.

The ticket number was #Z79859.

I got a notification that the ticket was created, was out most of the week last week, then came back to a “Response” email and “Ticket status is ‘solved’” email. As I mentioned, I have no idea what the “Response” was, since there are no details in the email notifications. I also see no history of the ticket referenced in my StyleMix portal which is crazy because that is where I created the ticket.

Hi, when I do a scan of my website with wpdetector sites it comes up showing the site theme is consulting, how I prevent this information from being shown? I’m using a child theme.

after reading all the documentation i have installed the theme in my website and imported the “New York” demo but it was not same as it was shown to me in theme preview, i have attached the screenshot if my website and theme preview that was shown to me and in home page the sliders are only visible in laptop it automatically get disappeared in mobile screen

STM icons stopped working. When I search for an icon name in Header Main settings, it keeps coming blank.. What about the issue with STM icons not loading in Theme Settings? I am trying to update them in Header -> Main, and “Icon Picker” is coming up blank. I have included screenshot in my previous comment.

The error is now realized. I deleted the services grid page and in the breadcrumb it is searching for the same page id 558 which is services grid page and it is not found in the pages resulting in break of breadcrumb

Hi, yes because I decided to edit manually and now almost complete. For backup do you want the whole site backup or just specific? for whole backup I afraid cannot do that. But if you need the list theme and plugins I use on that backup I can give you the list so maybe you can replicate it yourself.

I use HTML in the copyright section, on the theme’s footer. It used to work fine, but now it’s showing the HTML as text, instead of converting it. Has it changed something in one of the latest updates? What can I do now? I want to keep the HTML because I included a link. Thanks.

I just purchased a 6 month support package, but when I try to create a new ticket it says my support has expired. Please can you help asap? I am having a critical issue where I cannot edit via Elementor my footer due to an error:

““You Must Call the_Content Function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page”

This never used to be a problem, but suddenly this occurs. I haven’t updated my footer for some time so I don’t know when the issue occured. I have a similar issue with my Header, where it won’t open again for editing via Elementor.

Elementor seems to be stuck on the loading screen. I have tried purging cache. My host says that there are corrupted files in the theme.

Also, the singapore theme looks different from the one you advertise on your Demo
