I have a license for this theme, but it still seems to be registered to a website I deleted a long time ago, and no longer have the domain for. How can I deregister the license from this old website to use the theme again on a new website?

Hello,
I purchased your theme for a client and I am having a series of issues with the theme. The slider won’t work for some reason because it’s not recognizing my purchase code. There are also a bunch of assets in the theme I can’t seem to get rid of, such as when you put in the title, it repeats the title again in the header. The padding is far too large between the sections, ect. How can I resolve just these issues?

3rd party plugin that comes with theme works without license key as it’s bundled. If you don’t know what “bundled” means, please check the following article https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins where this have been explained.

I am doing some moderations of my client’s site on a staging environment, but I can’t access the theme options due to licensing issue. I found this article (https://support.muffingroup.com/how-to/how-to-set-up-betheme-staging-site/) but it didn’t include Blogvault staging sites although I guess it’s one of the most used backup and staging plugins. How can I use the same license on Blogvault staging environment? The staging site is password protected and not publicly visible. I haven’t had the same problem with any other theme bought from Envato/Themeforest.

until now I see the development of Betheme is very cool. Although currently I am still using crocoblock. But in the future I hope that functions like in crocoblock are in Betheme, can create custom websites according to our wishes, such as creating our own Post Types (CPT), connecting Meta Fields that we create ourselves with BeBuilder, so that clients who are still new, do not need to bother editing with Builder.
For example, we create a travel website with Custom Post Type for example: “Tour” Clients simply click “Add New Tour” Then they just input in the Meta Fields column that we have provided, for example such as “Price Input” Input “Itinerary” and others.
Although in Cocoblock it can be done, but for me it is still difficult, because each element is separated into several plugins, so we install many plugins.

Yes, Betheme is fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress 6.6.2. We do not recommend installing earlier versions of WordPress due to security reasons.

you can use same license for unlimited number of sub-domains but the whole trick is that you have to register license for main domain first and only then, you can register same license/key for its sub-domains.

Hello, i use an already pre-installed menu that appears in the normal in the desktop version, not on the laptop, on the smartphone and tablet it appears ok, as a burger menu.
How can I make the menu on the desktop also appear on the laptop? I can’t find any option in the header builder preview. Also, if I create a new menu, when I switch between smartphones and tablets, the desktop menu also appears next to the already displayed burger menu.
