rtMedia plugin is not working properly with theme. When clicking on “Media” tab on profile page user get 404 or is redirected (when 404 are redirected to other pages).

I can’t see the widget “Filter products by Attribute”. I’m using contentegg and the products of this category have the attributes.
filtering is possible only for global attributes. Local attributes can’t be used for this.

External “relative posts” plugins wont work right ? As “expired” is not a category, a tag, but a section in the “Post Offer” module. Or do you know an external plugin where we can choose to hide expired offers
If i try to make myself a “Relative posts” block with the editor, lets say with “News/Directory List”, there i can choose the option “show all except expired”, but where can i make that the displayed deals in this part must be deals similar to the “parent” deal ?

It has Query builder and one of source is related posts by category. Then, you can create reusable template with it and insert inside post code areas (+ disable existing related posts.
Anyway, I recommend to hide them on whole site

There is a problem with the “More” tab on BuddyPress profile. When user is logged in, if he clicks on the “More” tab there is this list of the other tabs hidden on mobile that scrolls down, as you can see here: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/50866645?key=ad14417c727f8d33989bc2fa573baf16. this function has no difference on login and logged out. If you have difference, then highly likely you have wrong configured cache plugin that broke styles of page. disable your caching plugin and check page
Hi! Thanks for your reply. But I am not even using any cache plugin yet on my site. I do have cloudflare configured, but after I cleared all cache via Cloudflare and also cleared all the browser cache both on Chrome and Safari which I am using the issue remains the same. By the way, please note that this happens only when I am viewing site directly on my mobile phone. It’s working fine when viewing it on laptop, but the issue (I already explained) appears when using mobile phone.

This issue is most likely related to the theme. If they made some changes to BuddyPress default layout, the button might not appear, like in this case. The theme authors need to implement the compatibility with our plugin in order to make sure the features are working correctly.

Hi, I have just bought and installed rehub theme. When I’m importing the demo I have the following response:
Whoops, there was a problem importing your content.
Import Failed An error occurred while fetching file from: https://wpsoul.net/serverupdate/demoimport/recompare-content.xml! Reason: 202 – Accepted.
I have tried to manually import and I can get some of the set up but most files return the same response from your server.
I have the importer plugins activated etc.
It would be good if I could get the demo looking correct to get to grips with the theme. Thanks for your help.

It comes back with same response 202. I have temp disabled modSecurity and that returns the same response. I’m not too worried about the images, however will this cause the same problem loading in images from other websites to the theme?
theme doesn’t store any images so there is no such thing like “upload image to theme”.
202 can be also related to not enough memory on your server to resize all images at once.
