1/ You can use Elementor ( free version – don’t need Pro version ) to build complex pages. For simpler post pages, Gutenberg or Classic Editor works perfectly fine.
2/ Yes, our theme supports child theme files. To override custom templates, simply use the same directory and file names inside your child theme.
3/ You can use one license for multiple websites. The theme includes a revoke license option, allowing you to revoke it from one site and use it on another.

2/ Could you clarify what you want to achieve by overriding the image formats?
3/ You can revoke the license for the development site and activate it on the main site once everything is ready.

I have 3 licenses for this theme. I no longer have support. But when one of my sites shows the code below on the front end instead of the site, I was notified by my hosting service that it’s a conflict between the Soledad theme and Elementor/Pro—all of which are up to date. What I found out scared me. I can’t revoke the license for one domain to use the theme on another. I had a serious problem with the theme. Since it was no longer supported, you told me there was nothing you could do, so I had to change the theme.
I found out that I have to reinstall the theme to revoke the license. This is absurd!

We have clearly stated one thing: ‘If you want to revoke the license for a website, please do so via Dashboard > Soledad > Theme License > and click the “Revoke License” button there. You forgot to do this and are now blaming us. Let me first explain to you why we cannot revoke the license for a website that is live. Because in the past, many web designers bought our theme and created websites for their clients. After receiving the payment, they would ask us to revoke the license for the websites they had created for their clients. These clients unintentionally became victims of this fraud. That’s why we never support revoking the license for a live website.
If you are truly managing the websites that are activated by our theme, you should revoke the license for yourself. Reactivating the Soledad theme and revoking the license, then reactivating the theme you are using, will not affect your website in any way. There is nothing unreasonable here, and we do not want to bring any injustice to customers who have paid to buy and use our theme from a web designer.

If those websites are yours, you can log in yourself and revoke the licenses, because clearly, those websites are live, right? I had problems with the theme. As there was no longer support, you informed me that there was nothing you could do unless you renewed the support. So I uninstalled Soledad and installed another theme, because I urgently needed the site to be working properly.
All the themes that I have tested or used, when the theme is installed on another domain, it informs that the license is on another domain and that it would be enough to revoke it. The same with plugins!
Now, I want to install the theme on another domain that belongs to me and I can’t. I created a subdomain to try to revoke the license and I was unable to do so. Not even at Marcasemercados.com.br/soled
If you say there’s no way to revoke it, that’s fine. If you can’t do anything about it, who am I to argue!

Hello, I am considering buying the theme, could you please tell me: 1. In the gaming demo, on desktop the menu cuts the top of the highlight image of the post (example screenshot: https://prnt.sc/heQ-6uP_cJ79 ) while on mobile it’s correct. 1/ Yes, we’ve enabled the parallax effect for single post pages in this demo, which is why you’re seeing it. If you don’t want to use the parallax effect, you can easily disable it with one click.
2/ It’s free up to the limit that OpenAI allows. After that, you will need to purchase a premium plan from OpenAI. Since the resource is provided directly by OpenAI, we don’t have control over it. We integrated this feature into the theme to help our customers connect seamlessly with everything OpenAI offers for WordPress.
3/ Yes, you can easily achieve that with our theme by using the “Penci Big Grid” element in Elementor.
