Next very massive problem in details: Add 100 new products via csv import or one by one: -> this product will have NEW tag. Great. Now change a image or something else in a already existing old product. Lets say you have to modify 100 products… All this products will also get the NEW product tag. Why you work based on modification date and not based on published date please? Visitors wanna see products with NEW tag that are published new, not which are modified. Woud you like to see 100 products which are modified with NEW tag or woud you like to see 100 new added products? Why we have to talk about most simple basics? I have the feeling we are the only one who deep dive in this theme and stuck in basics already.

Can not do that, because we created 2 issues in 24 hours and now we have to wait to solve next theme problem. 
We can write you an direct mail via profile mail option? We do not wanna pay exta for simple questions regarding your theme or for a bug report. So we have to wait again.

CPU Usage Very High
Hi, the CPU usage is much higher than a normal woocommerce theme I used before. It\s very easy to get a 100% CPU usage with only 2-3 clicks while other woocommerce theme on the same server is only 5-20% CPU usage. When I install the theme I got “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) ” and I increase the memory_limit from 128M to 512M. What should I do to solve this issue?

Your theme panel looking cool, but to much text and description of each option. At the end of time you have to switch settings, save and reload the frontend to doublecheck the result. Because your description of each option (in info icon) is nice, but you never will understand each one 100%. So you have to activate/deactivate the option, click on same, switch the tab and preload the frontend to doubel check how it will look and what will it cause in frontend. If you check woodmart theme panel: if you hover the info icon, you will see a small gif/video that will show you live result / result of this option in frontend. This is very usefull to find the correct option without need to make to much clicks, save and tests. Do you also plan to add this small option to your theme panel? it will improve the working time in theme panel so much! Second massive problem: For example you can build a product archive grid in elementor. Great. But there is no option to show empty star via product archive builder. You have to use theme panel settings and disable custom product archive builder – because via theme settings you can enable empty star icons, but not in a custom product archive build via builder. Third problem: Your widget in product archive builder does not have option like “inherit by theme settings”. So you have to setup every small detail which you already defined in theme panel settings again and again. How to solve please? Next problem: we can not setup different product grid design for each product archive layout. Because your Theme settings panel have: Products Design -> Design Type. But your elementor widget in product archive builder does not have this option. In woodmart you can switch it per template in product archive builder or you select INHERIT BY THEME PANEL and voila. Thats smart. And how to do this via your theme please?

For this reason, we don’t rely on animated gifs for general options (which represent just about 5% of our settings). Instead, 95% of our options in the XStore theme are live, allowing you to see the effects immediately. While it may take time for other themes like Woodmart to migrate to this live preview feature, we’re ahead of the curve by offering this modern approach—moving away from the old-school backend settings.
While gifs may seem useful for showcasing options, they tend to be heavy and can negatively impact performance, which goes against our focus on optimization. From a technical standpoint, live previews are much more efficient, showing you changes in real-time without the need for additional heavy assets like gifs. Although we have had feature requests for adding gifs, this request has received very few votes compared to others, which indicates that our users prioritize more impactful features. We prefer to focus on delivering features that benefit the majority of our users and improve site performance.

I want to remove the product image’s border. I save the settings like that and save changes:
