Hi good day – quick question – do you have a element I can use to create a block slider?
I want to create a food menu with an image – title – sub – paragraph – but I see no option to do this with a slider or carousel. Do you have an option for this?

To get started, please install and activate the “Alpus Elementor FlexBox Addon” plugin by going to Appearance >> Install Plugins.
Next, head over to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks to create a new block that meets your needs, including your menu and content.
After that, go to WP Dashboard >> Pages to create or edit the page where you’d like to add the slider.

Porto is causing an issue with saving drafts using classic editor in wordpress
We create a new page and save as draft
We then make an edit and press save draft again – the button stays grey with the loading anim – if we refresh the page it has published it and it no longer a draft
when we switch to twenty twenty four then issue stops

I have tried many devices, on other sites it still saves, however on my website it cannot save. The images I use are jpg and png.
Before I upgraded the theme to a higher version, this happened, so I want you to review and give a solution to fix the error of not being able to save on iphone.

Are you using multiple page builders on your site simultaneously?
We recommend sticking to one page builder for optimal performance. If your site is new and you’ve only imported the demo, we suggest completely resetting your site and WordPress. After that, start fresh by installing just one page builder plugin. Import the demo using that plugin and edit the pages exclusively with it.

I have reset the page more than 2 times (including removing WordPress completely and reinstalling it hehe).
When I do the installation process and choose the corresponding template, the same error continues. showing me the same problem.

Hello, I am trying to set up the Porto one page category plugin, but when I change the slug to Cyrillic, the plugin stops working and everything disappears from the page where it previously displayed products. I am using the Porto theme for WordPress with WPML. In the main language, I am able to display the portfolio archive in a grid with images at 367×241px. However, when I switch to other languages, the images appear at 367×367px. How can I fix this?

If you’re using a cache plugin that compresses images, please uncompress the images and disable the cache plugin. Additionally, if you have Lazy Load enabled for images under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard, please turn that off as well. After making these changes, clear your browser cache and check your site again. I updated the Porto theme today and now I can’t make edits to my blogs posts. I save it and it just reverts back to the old content and images. It was working just fine on Friday. Just wanted to see if anyone else is having this same issue or if it’s related to a different plugin update. And yes I emptied my cache multiple times, that is not the problem.

You can easily import any demo header using Porto Studio. However, the recent Demo 50 added in the latest theme update isn’t available for import in the header section of Porto Studio.
If you’re specifically looking for that header, you can install the theme and import the demo on a test or local site, then copy it from there.
Alternatively, I’ve exported that header from my test site as a template. You can download it [ https://file.io/I3mU2SpSoCsr ] and import it by creating a new header under Porto >> Template Builder >> Header using the Elementor page builder.

Thanks support for the header, was remaking that as well! But i was actually looking for the buildup of the mega menu itself.
Like 4 columns, first column set as Wide ( mega menu) with 4 columns. ( iPhone Screen Protectors, iPad Screenprotectors, Samsung Screensprotectors and 1 Shop in Brand with a ( i guess? ) block.
But below these columns you also have a row with Shop Screen Protectors for all devices. I was looking for this whole menu build up with all Column settings. As i can’t seem to get another row below these 4 columns.

Is there any way to make top header sticky on mobile and desktop?

It looks like you’re currently using the old header builder in the Customizer, which has been deprecated. Unfortunately, this version doesn’t allow you to manually set a row as sticky; it automatically makes the row sticky containing the menu.
To create a sticky row based on your preferences, you’ll need to switch to the new header builder in the template builder. This will allow you to design your own header and choose which row to make sticky.

Good Day. I am needing some assistance please. We would like to display a bunch of case studies on our site, the thing is, we do not want to link to a page, but rather a PDF.
We are basically wanting a grid of images which will link to the relevant PDF. The issue is that we also require the “portfolio filter” – which is where I am not sure what to do.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. We have enabled Portfolios as Case Studies.

This is the Portfolio, you can create the same with filters but not possible to set PDF on the click function, this is for what I said not possible.
If you only want to achieve that without clicking PDF functionality, then you have to use the “Porto Posts Grid” element and set it as per your requirements, please refer to these screenshots:

To achieve your desired outcome, please follow these steps:
Go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Block.
Create a new block and select the "Accordion" widget.
Next, head to Appearance >> Sidebar.
Create a new sidebar from that section.
