With RH Link pro, when we create affiliate deeplinks, the link should be encoded right ?For example, a correct affiliate link with awin is : https://www.awin1.com/cread.php?awinmid=11111&awinaffid=1111111&platform=dl&ued=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.website.com%2Fcategorie%2Fproduct.html As written in the doc : https://rehubdocs.wpsoul.com/docs/rehub-plugins-add-ons/rh-link-pro/
but when RH Link pro rewrites a link, the url parameter is not encoded. It gives https://www.awin1.com/cread.php?awinmid=11111&awinaffid=1111111&platform=dl&ued=https://www.website.com/categorie/product.html , which is wrong.
Did i set something wrong ?
Other question: with the add deal form, the prices (offer price and old price) show with dots. But in my country, we use commas instead (12,34€ and not 12.34€) If i change these prices to “text field” instead of “numeric field”, it seems to be ok, but wont it give any problems (for the theme, the website, SEO… ?) Or is there another way to display the price with commas instead of dots ?

2. Post offer section has no numeric field for price, it’s text field and you can use any text there, even not numeric
1. are you 100% sure that it will work for all the links ? because all of these affiliates networks have this encoded url method. If it doesnt work, that means no income…
2. ok, but with the add deal form, you can select “numeric field” or “text field” for the prices fields. That means that these form fields are “transfered” to the “post offer” module fields as a text field, even if it is a numeric field (but in this case prices are transformed like 12,34 => 12.34 before being transferred to the post offer section) ?
i still have problems to understand how the relations between the forms made with RH frontend and the post offer section work. Do you have documentation about it ?

ive askes some affiliate platforms (awin, effinity, kwanko,) and they say that the url must be encoded if we want to be 100% sure that it is working.
why isnt it encoded with your system ? as it is written in your doc
affiliate systems takes affiliate ID to make commission, so you need to check if ID is correct and if user is sent to proper page when he clicks in your link
affiliate id and page are ok of course, but affiliates platforms told me that sometimes it can give error if the url given as parameter isnt encoded.
thats why i ask why it is different that on the documentation where you say that the url will be automatically encoded, (and that would be 100% ok)
and it should be encoded. I am not sure why it’s not encoded on your site, maybe another post processor

ive tried on another installation, with no other plugins and it is the same, the url isnt encoded

On all the image urls, there is a number like this (-2048×1536.jpg). I use other theme they don’t add these numbers to image urls. How can I remove these number from the image urls? Thanks
Hi Sizam, I have already done that and also disabled resize featured image in “theme options” but the theme is still adding image sizing to the image urls. Please advise me how to resolve this as I am not sure what else to do other than changing theme?

First: Has anyone figured out how to stop the theme from creating nearly 10 new images with different dimensions for every single image uploaded on the site? Second: How do you stop the theme from adding image dimensions (for exmaple, yoursite.com/mac-computer-2048×1536.jpg) to image url?

theme doesn’t create any sizes, WordPress creates them, you need to check my link above and you will find the ways how to disable WP sizing. Or update support and send us admin access
Hi, I changed the theme (despite the fact that I love your theme) and the problem has been resolved. Image dimensions is no longer being added to image urls.
all themes will use standard wordpress core functions for images. If theme doesn’t use it – then it doesn’t follow Wordpress core standards
The original dimensions of this image is 1200×700 px.
because this is how responsive image option is working in Wordpress. It creates different sizes for each screen. Even if your image is small, it will create big size for retina display
I checked several themes, as you said, they create different image sizes but they don’t add the dimensions in the image URL.
all themes add them. Because it’s not adding by theme, it’s adding by Wordpress. If developer uses proper render function for image, then, size will be added automatically by Wordpress. It’s working the same in all themes

Hi, I am attempting to manually add into to my affiliate stores. When I put all the info in, only Name, Slug, and description shows. Heading title, short description, url of store, bottom description, and logo disappear when I update the page. I also use wp all import, and my feed adds Name and Slug. When I manually add the others, only description shows, and all info I put in disappears. Do I need to them as custom fields in my imports?

I recommend to disable other plugins one by one to see which one does this. Also it can be wrong setup of cache system on your hosting or in cloudflare

I am trying to adjust the links in the drop down login modal, but for some reason I cannot find where to change those. They are currently not leading to any page, respectivly are leading to wrong pages. For example, the Edit Posts link is just refreshing the website.

Hello, Since there doesn’t seem to be a 100% reliable and effective way to grab an image from a site using the “add deal” form parser, when it doesn’t work, how can we directly enter the image URL and have it saved in the WordPress media library (locally) and uploaded as the featured image in the post, still from the “add deal” form, without needing to download it to the computer, crop it, and then upload it?

yes, you can. You must be familiar with custom fields in Wordpress and understand what they do and what is purpose of them.
You can use theme options – ads and code zones if you need to render extra data globally. documentation has a lot of examples and also explanation how to retrieve custom fields and show them in different parts of site

theme doesn’t include hard coded ads, if you used demo import, you can edit and remove demo posts and edit your widgets

profile link is added only if you enable Buddypress. Regular WP profile page has no option for editing for users
