Hi I purchased Oshine in 2020 so realise I might have to renew my support package. Before I do.. I attempted to change the copyright date in my footer, my website broke resulting in the content of each page disappearing. In the footer box in my dashboard I now have a missing ”;” before statement . Could anyone let me know if that would that affect the whole website? and if I renew support could someone help me with it? Many thanks in advance

Hi! I’d like to suggest a solution for you. Whenever you want to use the same license for a different URL, please deactivate it from the previous site first. You can do this by going to the Oshine > License Tab and clicking the deactivate button. After that, you’ll be able to activate the license for the new URL.

Hello, sorry but it doesn’t work. Here’s what I did. I reactivated my site with the old domain name (.fr) (the domain name in .fr still belongs to me) I went to “OSHINE” I deleted the code that was in the “Theme Purchase Code” tab and I clicked on “submit”. There I got a message telling me “Purchase code can not be empty”. So I reactivated the site with the domain name in .com and I entered the code. I have a message that tells me “You have already used this purchase code on a website, please deactivate the license first” I’m really bothered. Thank you for your help After several attempts I have the message “Unable to save Purchase Code” Then the same message comes back “You have already used this purchase code on a website, please deactivate the license first”
For your information, nothing happens when I click on “license tab”. I stay on the same page. I don’t have a button to activate the license. I can only go to the “license” tab to put the code
Tatsu contact form is not working properly! It doesn’t send the email and subject field in the message! Also Tatsu is not letting me save pages! It’s all updated since these errors were appearing also before updating to the last version.! How can I fix it??

For making the form mail work, You need to setup wp mail SMTP plugin and tatsu is not saving page, for this please submit support ticket here:https://help.expresstech.io/help/1720028511?envato_item_id=9545812, along with website login details.

If you’d like to use a different link for the logo instead of the homepage, I recommend using the Tatsu header. In the Tatsu header, you can replace the logo with an image module and add the custom link you’d like for the logo.

Sorry for the delayed response. In Type Hub, you’ll find an option labeled “Title” in the portfolio grid settings. From there, you can adjust the line height of the portfolio title.

The Portfolio Details Module does show not show up in the Tatsu editing page. It only shows as a red box and says “Preview Not Available – Please check output on front end.” But you cannot edit the information in the details.

I have an issue with the theme not displaying properly which is causing customers to not be able to add items to the basket. I reported this to your help over a week ago and I am still waiting for a solution?? This is costing me thousands of ££ a day when customers cant add items to the basket.
I’ve been using Theme 48 for a while now, particularly on Android devices, and I love it. However, I’ve noticed an issue that doesn’t seem to occur on iOS or Mac computers. When I have a gallery with many images, none of the images load initially. It takes a long time for them to appear, and it seems like lazy loading isn’t being utilized, even though it’s enabled. This problem only seems to occur on Android phones or tablets, while Apple products don’t seem to have this issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
