Hello, I activated the Riode theme on my localhost during development, but I now want to use it on my live/staging site. Could you please remove the localhost activation from my purchase code?

On the other site, the license and theme are activated, and that site is also live, so I am unable to reset the license for the live site.

Anyone else having issues with Riode theme and Elementor not playing well together? My sites have been able to be edited for over 24 hours (I have a ticket #57952 bit no word back from their support as yet) and looking for answers.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are aware of this issue with the latest update of Elementor. We have already reported this to our development team, who will investigate and resolve the problem in the next theme update. In the meantime, you can continue using the previous version of Elementor, which is functioning properly.

Please navigate to the Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control >> Select the 3.28.3 and click reinstall.

Hi,

I am trying to register my account for D-Themes support for the Riode WordPress theme, but when I attempt to confirm my email, I receive the following error: “403 Forbidden – attempting a prohibited action.” As I cannot confirm my email, I am unable to create a support ticket.

Also tried sending and email to the address provided in “Having problem with register? Contact us Here” on D-themes support page and got no response

I am encountering an issue with my WooCommerce website. When I add internal and external links to my product descriptions, posts, or pages, the linked text does not display in a different color or style. As a result, it becomes difficult to distinguish linked text from regular text.

Hi, I paid for extended support last year (I have 5 months left) and have been emailing (Aizaz) recently with four small things I want to adjust/fix and I no longer receive any reply via email. Two things appear to have been addressed but I have not been contacted to confirm this and no answer on the other two. Your support has been highly valuable to me this last year or so whilst building my site (I’ve given you a five-star review!) and I’m almost there with it so I’m a bit concerned by your no contact all of a sudden. My issues are with the social share buttons on pages and products.. Please can someone help if Aizaz is uavailable?

I am having a problem.

1. When I use horizontal menu with the option ot toggle on mobile, I only get “link” as the menu name instead of the hamburger option. Also, this link does not display the items on mobile.

2. When I choose horizontal on desktop, there is no breakpoint where the horizontal changes into toggle/hamburger for smaller devices.

I don’t know why am having these issue because this is the second time I am using your theme and did not have similar issues the first time.

Thank you for your inquiry! Currently, we have not officially tested the theme with the Tour Master, or G-Translator plugins, and they are not included in the list of officially compatible plugins. While the theme may work with these plugins, we cannot guarantee full compatibility or support. We recommend testing them on your website before fully implementing them.

However, Revolution Slider is the theme pre-packaged plugin and compatible as well, and we saw on some customers sites, they are using the G-Translate plugin as well on their sites with our theme.

Please note that a single license is valid for one live URL only, as per Envato’s policy. This applies to all themes on ThemeForest, so we recommend verifying this with Envato as well.

Regarding the use of multiple demos on the same site, you can import one demo at a time. However, if you’d like to use additional demo sections, you can do so through Riode Studio. Yes, you are right. Unfortunately, there is no option to do this at the moment. We appreciate your kind suggestions and will ask the team to consider them for the next major theme update.

I just bought the theme and i installed it to my website. I wish to import demo data, but there is nothing in documentation on how to do that and i clicked on everything in WP and tried to find anything what would let me do that…without any success. Please, tell me how to import Demo data (theme). I need a manual on where to click as like i said, it is not indocumentation and i spent last hour trying to find out. This should help others as well as i don’t believe i am alone. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I purchased this theme and used it on a site in 2021. Now for a few months the site has been placed under construction. I decided to rebuild the site after resetting and deleting the entire content but everytime I enter the purchase code I kept getting error message.
