Hello,

I would like to remove my license from an old expired domain which I did not use at all. Now I would like to use it on a new one. Could you like assistance with that? thanks,

Hello,

According to the Envato Support Policy, the license should be used to activate a single domain.

Before changing the domain, the license should be deactivated following our manual below:

https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/installation-and-activation/license-key-deactivation

After that, you will be able to activate the theme on the new domain:

https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/installation-and-activation/theme-activation

Please kindly note that we deactivated your old domains from the license. Do not forget to deactivate it before changing domains.

I’m facing a frustrating issue with the certificate builder on my website, www.manjamacademy.com. When I try to save the certificate template after adding a background image, it just keeps loading indefinitely, and the changes aren’t saved. Strangely, if I only add text, it saves fine – the problem seems specific to saving with a background image. I’ve already tried a few solutions, like deactivating most plugins and even reverting to PHP 8.0, but nothing has worked so far. I also looked through old support messages for hints but didn’t find anything helpful.. its very urgent!! please solve it I can’t launch the website

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!

The default recommended size for certificate background is 1050×1600px(Screenshot).

If your background image meets the requirements, please submit a ticket on our support platform, as this case requires detailed troubleshooting on the WordPress Dashboard and hosting.

I’ve recently move from Elementor to Bricks Builder, would it still be possible to use Masterstudy with Bricks builder?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!

Unfortunately, the theme is not compatible with Bricks Builder yet.

i have fix it by updating the links

Great to hear you were able to fix it!

I have been working on this template for a few days now, however, I now found a problem. I was able to register with a user, then tried to get a course, I’m able to visit it but when I click on the Get course button nothing happens, it only adds a # to the URL address and stays there, this happens with the “Free” courses, I’m using the imported data. I’m not sure what should happen but I cannot enroll to free courses.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like there might be a quick fix for this issue. Please try resaving the course itself, then go to the Permalinks settings and resave them, ensuring that the structure is set to “Post name.” This should help resolve the problem with the “Get course” button for free courses.

Also, could you check if the theme and plugins are up to date? Reviewing the changelog may also provide some helpful insights.

If the issue persists, feel free to reach out, and we’ll assist you further!

Kind regards

Unfortunately, that did not fix the issue. I also created a new free course, and the get course button does not work. The theme, plugins and everything are updated to the latest versions.

I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists despite the updates. Please go to your StylemixThemes account and fill out the form here: https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes

Kind regards!

I purchased this theme but in the MasterStudy settings, for Reports & Analytics it is asking to upgrade for Pro. Are those not included in this? If not, you should clearly mention the addons we may need to purchase after this theme purchase as it is misleading.

Hello,

Thank you for your message and for choosing our theme! The Reports & Analytics feature is indeed part of the MasterStudy LMS Pro Plus plugin package, which is an add-on to enhance the base theme’s capabilities. You can purchase it here: MasterStudy LMS Pro Plus – https://r.freemius.com/3434/8309960/

We appreciate your feedback regarding the add-ons, and we’ll make sure to pass this on to help improve clarity for future users. Please let us know if you have any more questions—we’re here to help!

Kind regards

hello, when i install this package in find ONLY three (3) templates with a link to get all the collecion, before i’d all the collecion, some thing changed ?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out! I’m not entirely sure which templates/collection you’re referring to, but we’re here to help.

Since you have support access, please create a support ticket with more details, and we’ll be happy to help you resolve this.

I am also working on a website that was initially built with LifterLMS and has thousands of students. I want to use MasterStudy, but what would be the easiest way to migrate existing students from LifterLMS to a new website, running MasterStudy without losing data, such as student login details, purchase history, course completion, grades, etc? Do you have a comprehensive walkthrough tutorial, or can your team assist us in achieving this? Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for considering MasterStudy for your website! Currently, there isn’t a direct migration tool from LifterLMS to MasterStudy, so transitioning data, especially details like student logins, purchase history, course completions, and grades, would require some manual setup.

The easiest way to handle this migration without losing critical data would be to:

Export User Information: Export student login details from your current system and import them to MasterStudy, so students can log in with their existing credentials.

Manual Course Setup: Recreate your courses in MasterStudy, ensuring all settings and course details match your existing ones.

Re-enroll Students: Manually enroll students in their respective courses, though course progress and completion statuses won’t transfer and will start from scratch.

At the moment, a fully comprehensive tutorial for this migration is unavailable, but we’re here to support you through each step of the transition. You can reach out to our support team for assistance in setting up the new environment as closely as possible to your current one.

We are also exploring future updates to include migration and import/export functionalities, though we can’t provide an exact timeline for release.

Thank you for your patience, and please let us know if we can assist further.

Kind regards

Hi, I would like to purchase this theme, however I have an existing LMS plugin (Lifter LMS) that is running on my website, and over 2k students. How can I navigate the migration to this new system without having down time. I would prefer not having to build on a new domain as we would lose crucial sales data etc… Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our theme! Currently, we don’t have a dedicated migration tool for transferring data from otherLMS. You would likely need to manually add your lessons and students to the new system.

However, please note that student progress from the previous system cannot be transferred, so students would need to start courses from the beginning if they have already completed them.

We do have plans to implement migration and import/export features in the future, though we can’t provide an exact timeline at this stage.

Thank you for your understanding, and feel free to reach out with any further questions!

Kind regards

please can you help me out i cant edit pages with elementor. don’t know the reason as if i imported all the demo with elementor

Hello

Thank you for the request

Please make sure that both the theme and bundled plugins are up to date, along with Elementor itself. Updating all these components might resolve any issues you’re facing. Additionally, I recommend checking if your website meets Elementor’s system requirements, as it requires a good amount of memory. Ensure your site’s memory limit is set to at least 128MB or more if possible.

Sometimes, other plugins can conflict with Elementor, so try deactivating all plugins except Elementor and the theme-required plugins, then test again.

Also, please check if the page’s post type is enabled in Elementor settings; sometimes, it can get disabled accidentally. Head to Elementor > Settings and make sure that the correct post type has a checkmark next to it.

If the issue persists, check your server logs, enable the debug log, and review the browser console for any specific error messages. Let me know if you need further questions.

Best regards

Hello, I haven’t use the theme for a long time and I just installed it, all went good and I have imported the demo data for Elementor, however, I cannot edit any page. I keep getting this errors:

Sun Oct 27 01:26:39.792686 2024 pid 19144:tid 19144 PHP Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /var/www/sergio/data/www/cursos.sergiogutierrez.net/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/base/controls-stack.php on line 1631, referer: https://cursos.sergiogutierrez.net/wp-admin/post.php?post=27135&action=elementor Sun Oct 27 01:26:39.793405 2024 pid 19144:tid 19144 PHP Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /var/www/sergio/data/www/cursos.sergiogutierrez.net/wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/base/controls-stack.php on line 1633, referer: https://cursos.sergiogutierrez.net/wp-admin/post.php?post=27135&action=elementor

My site is cursos.sergiogutierrez.net I have tried disabling/enabling the elementor plugin, but still no luck. Not sure what else to do.

Hello, thanks for your response, I have all the plugins updated, I did try with PHP 7.4 and still got the same error, I’ve tried 7.4 and 8.0, same error on both. I also tried 7.3 but that one breaks the site entirely.

Hello, It was necessary to reinstall everything, including Wordpress, from scratch using PHP 7.4, after that, it worked properly. Now, I do have a question regarding recaptcha option under the LMS. Is this recaptcha for the login form? I have problems with the recaptcha when using wordfence as it will keep sending an email to validate the access and then force me to login using the Wordpress interface instead of the login you provide, so I had to disable recaptcha from wordfence, but I want to know if the recaptcha option under the lms settings are for the login form.

Hello,

Thank you for your update! It’s great to hear that reinstalling everything resolved the issues you were facing.

Regarding your question, yes, the reCAPTCHA option under the LMS settings is specifically for the login form. It helps protect your site from bots and abusive activities by verifying that users are human, ensuring that only legitimate users can access certain features.

As for Wordfence, it can sometimes cause conflicts with reCAPTCHA, leading to the issues you mentioned. Disabling the Wordfence reCAPTCHA can help eliminate those login complications.

Hello!

What can I do? A while ago I installed my theme on another domain that I later canceled and I could no longer deactivate the license. What can I do? I want to use it again.

Hey team, I’m facing a major issue and really need help. I know my support has expired, but this isn’t a support issue—it’s something that needs to be fixed on your end!

For months, I haven’t seen the update button for my MasterStudy theme. As a result, I’m stuck on version 4.8.0, even though the latest version is 4.8.72. This is causing compatibility problems with the MasterStudy plugins, which are out of sync with the theme.

I’ve tried deactivating some plugins to troubleshoot, but it didn’t work. I’m not sure why the update button isn’t appearing anymore. My website is: www.learnak.io. Can you please help me resolve this?

Hello

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I understand how frustrating it can be to face these issues, especially when it impacts your work.

To resolve the problem with the missing update button for your MasterStudy theme, please ensure that the Envato Market plugin is correctly set up on your site. This plugin is essential for theme updates to function properly. Once you’ve verified that it’s configured correctly, the update notifications for both the theme and bundled plugins should start appearing.

After that, please check to see if your theme and plugins are up to date.

I want to ask, how can I add a new font to the them. I need to use a specific font that I couldn’t find in your them.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out!

Currently, there isn’t an option to add custom fonts directly through the theme.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

The form editor has not been working properly for some time now.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out! We haven’t had any confirmed reports of issues with the form editor, but let’s work together to get this sorted for you.

First, please make sure that your MasterStudy theme and plugins are up to date and that your system meets the necessary requirements. If everything is up to date, try deactivating all third-party plugins to see if there’s a conflict causing the problem.

If the issue persists, could you kindly provide more details? Let us know the exact problem you’re encountering and when it started. Any screenshots or a screen recording would also be very helpful for us to better understand and offer solutions or recommendations.

Looking forward to assisting you!

Best regards

The Login form does not redirect anymore since last few updates. It appears to be loading but nothing happens. When I click on sign up it takes me to user-account. But my students wont know that. So they end trying to sign up again or quitting altogether after it annoys them.

Update it works on PC but not on mobile.

Hi there,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We haven’t received any confirmed reports regarding the login form redirecting issues, but I’m here to help you troubleshoot.

First, please ensure that your theme and plugins are up to date and that your system meets all necessary requirements. After updating, be sure to resave your permalinks.

Additionally, it’s a good idea to temporarily deactivate any cache plugins you might be using.

If the issue persists, try deactivating all third-party plugins to rule out any conflicts. You can also check the browser console and the debug log for any errors that might appear during the redirection or after registration.

If you continue to experience problems, please let me know! Any additional details you can provide will help us find a solution.

Best regards

UPDATE: This problem was not caused by the Masterstudy but was caused by a cache plugin, conflicting with Masterstudy.
