Hello,

I love this theme and your work.

but I have import single product page from predesigned templates. but after design, when I am trying to edit it, it showing error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

after click on edit it show white plain as readable page, no CSS or theme anything

It’s 5 days now and the theme is still broken. The only 2 patches provided cannot be applied, and people with store that sells and have traffic suffer badly from this, not to mention SEO wise.

Cache was disabled on all points including server side and CDN, 3rd party plugins been disabled, but still they cannot be applied. Says Applied for as long as 5 min before they are available again to be applied.

I have no support cause it’s expired and I am not intended to pay for it. The theme should be updated regardless for all licensees.

It allows users to create and design content using individual blocks for text, images, videos, and other site elements through a drag-and-drop interface, offering enhanced flexibility and design capabilities. You can find its latest version online. While it is not part of our theme, some of our clients have successfully used it, while others prefer WPBakery or Elementor.

I recently updated the xstore and woocommerce version to the latest one and upon updating got this warning in the backend

My category filter and manufacturer filter in side bar filters wont work. They display old categories and numbers that is not valid any more. For ex: I have category name ONE in woo commerce, and old delited category name TWO… My filters show this TWO who is deleted… I clered cache and try in many browser, every time is the same.

I want you to install this theme in my subdomain and do all the development work when this site is fully ready then I will move it to my main domain but it is separately in a separate domain do I have to pay extra for domains

One of the newest updates has caused Elementor Pro forms to stop functioning, especially on mobile phones which is almost 100% of the traffic.

I have a form that works great on desktop, but on mobile nobody can submit, so I have noticed at least 100 people that have tried to submit a form on their phone and it just does not work. The page just refreshes and no data shows up in Elementor > Submissions, they also don’t get added to Mailchimp account either.
