My support period just expired, but I’m hoping you could help me with a small issue.
I have two slide-out off-canvas menus on the same website: one for the main menu and another for a “Book a Table” iframe. In the main menu off-canvas, there’s a button that triggers the “Book a Table” off-canvas to open.
The issue is that when I click the “Book a Table” button, the booking off-canvas opens underneath the main menu off-canvas. Ideally, I’d like the booking menu to either open above the main menu or, even better, have the main menu close when the booking off-canvas opens.
Is this achievable?

Hello!! I have a question, I bought one license for one domain, but i want to rebuild a new site in a another directory for the same domain… If I delete the license (old site) and put it on the new site, will the old page (without license) still work? Thx!!

Only 1 live domain can be used with 1 purchase code, however when you are in process of moving to another domain you should be able to remove and use the same license on new domain.

Are there any new designs? I liked everything It’s better than betheme but in betheme Everything is new and modern Reverse here, And the thing I loved the most in avada is the Studio And he is not in betheme But I heard they’re working on this. This will change the equation. I wish from avada Consider renovating web designs Because this thing is better in betheme From better options, But if avada He did the job quickly, that’s going to win. I am really confused until now which one to choose avada or betheme. so that avada It has more popularity and buyers Because it does not add the sites library is older website But he has an excellent studio. Either betheme He has more 700 sites ready But he doesn’t have a library studio Also the method of adjustment is a bit difficult, i watched More than 40 hours to choose the best, But until now I am confused, That’s why I ask avada That they work to add more websites and more Tools Because I think he’s the best.

Hi. Is there a plan to build the gallery from a selected filebird folder tag ? (=include all images with a chosen tag) ... given that filebird is included with Avada AND very popular also. And that dynamically, not just at gallery creation, in order to update automatically later. That would permit to update galleries later just by tagging new images in filebird, rather than opening pages one after the other.

You can create a dynamic gallery in Avada but that will require using ACF plugin to bring images from somewhere, it is not possible to use filebird for this purpose and a gallery can not be created using it.

Aloha! I need assistance with a getting an API Key for this theme so I can register it in my back office & I am also have trouble with saving the updates I do in my back office. Here are examples of the updates that are not changing: 1. I changed the url of the social media links & clicked save, but nothing happens. 2. I tried to delete the image uploaded for my header, but it won’t delete. 3. I changed the color for my header & the updated color shows as my selection, but nothing changes on my actual website.
Please advise on how i can get the API code & my back office to update properly.

I can see that, it is because you are using multiple H1 tags and some instances are hidden using visibility options in Avada, however the code is indeed a part of page, if you want to not render the code (duplicate h1) this will require you to use rendering options on the container inside which the H1 is added.

Here’s a weird scenario: when using the “Recent Posts” element, the meta font color (for texts that are NOT links) is set by the .meta CSS class to #333. It seems like we can’t change this color in settings. I can’t find a place to edit this color in the element settings either. And it’s really annoying when you have the background color to something similar to #333 ( here’s a preview: https://i.imgur.com/D3KCUlV.png ). Also, changing the BG color is not an option. Can you please take this into consideration for a future update? It will definitely help us when it comes to customization. Thanks!

From Avada side, please see if the “Description And Open Graph Meta Tags” option is enabled under Avada Options -> Advanced -> Features.
If you disable that setting and it still shows then likely an SEO plugin might be adding that.

Is there any way outside of css to customise the woocommerce product box hover.
I cant find any documentation on it. This is the thumnail displayed in the shop or using a woocommerce carousel or grid. On hover it seems to pick a random colour and I want to get rid of this.

This is coming from feature image rollover and the color can be changed from Avada > Global Options > Extras > Featured Image Rollover area.
If you want more customisation into this, you can always go ahead and create a post card of your own with the custom hover styling that suits your requirement.
