Just FYI, my site was down, totally blank. Updating the theme & Elementor was not fixing the issue. Everything else seemed to be updated since there was nothing left to do on the Wordpress “Updates” page.
I went through each & every plugin & saw parts of my site come back when I deactivated “UDesign Core” plugin. Only when I went back to reactivate it on the plugins page did it say it requires an update, which routed me to “Appearance” > “Install Plugins”. From there, I updated & reactivated and everything is back to normal! But this was very confusing for me – why wasn’t “UDesign Core” showing on the Wordpress updates page?

Why It Didn’t Appear in “Updates” Page: WordPress doesn’t always show every plugin update in the main “Updates” page, especially when the update is tied directly to the theme’s custom setup. Plugins like UDesign Core use a different update process, so it doesn’t always show up where you expect it. This can cause confusion, especially if you’re used to seeing all plugin updates in the main updates section.
So please always look for plugins updates of the theme under Appearance >> Install Plugins.

Hi there, could you please check at your end that slider revolution showing background pictures. I tried my best in different ways but its not working, than i installed local wp engine on my computer. on the block when i tried the add module its working with all the pictures but when i tried on your theme on my website it calling the module and showing in draft but when i published than on the browser its not showing, on other themes its showing like default theme of wordpress.

just need to understand about slider revolution. I checked its latest version but key is not registered. whenever i tried to install any addon its required to register. if you already provided latest version than why its not activated?

You can always obtain the latest updates for the Premium plugins included in the Theme Package with each theme update.
There’s no need to activate or purchase a new license for these plugins, as they are already part of the theme package with a license purchased by AndonDesign.
The activation message is intended for those who wish to update the plugin directly from their website. In your case, you’ll receive the updated plugin with each theme update release.
You do not need to activate the plugin.
Please note that you cannot use the library/template of any Premium plugin included in the Theme Package without purchasing the separate license for that specific plugin. This is in accordance with Envato policy, which you may wish to verify with them.

hello. I’m using the ‘build’ theme and the polylang plugin. However, while creating an English homepage, I changed the header and footer to English, so the header and footer on the homepage in the default language also change to be the same.
How can I specify different headers and footers for two websites with different languages?I think I need to set it in udesign page layouts or do some additional settings, but I can’t figure it out. Thanks.

After the latest updates of the Udesign Theme (4.11.3) + UDesign Core Plug-in (4.11.3) + Elementor (3.24.7) the CSS Style of our websites (all of them) have changing and now we must fix all visible issues one by one!?... or what?

I’m having a real problem with the theme: everything is up to date (theme, WordPress, plugins, etc.), and yet, when I load a page (homepage, for example) it appears completely black, with no visible element. However, in the navigation area, I can clearly see the different elements that make up the page. A display problem that I cannot correct.

The theme does not adhere to basic SEO standards. The single post starts off with a h2, just to be repeated below with another h2, no sign of a h1 anywhere. Where can I edit the template itself?

I have an old site that is running on v3. It says… You have version 3.3.5 installed. Update to version 3.4.18. I know I can download the latest 4.xxx versions but that doesn’t migrate the old site. Is it possible to just get the latest v3 ?

The previous version of the UDesign theme is significantly outdated compared to the latest themes, which incorporate advanced technology, features, and coding standards. If we don’t update the theme, it won’t function properly in the future, risking the loss of all our customers’ sites. Therefore, we’ve decided to upgrade it with the latest technology, removing old functionalities like shortcodes and adding a host of new features. This means customers won’t need shortcodes or extensive customization to build their sites.
I also noticed that you’re not using a page builder plugin. The latest version of the theme is fully compatible with Elementor, a popular and user-friendly drag-and-drop page builder. This plugin will allow you to create your site easily with the updated theme.
In my opinion, it’s best not to update the theme immediately. Instead, I recommend creating a staging site for your current setup. You can then update the theme there, address any issues that arise, and once everything is working smoothly, you can go live. This approach will ensure that future updates go more smoothly. If you prefer, you can continue using the old version for now, which will keep your site functioning for a while longer. OR simply create a new site from scratch with the latest version of the theme, The decision is yours.
