I have been reaching out for 3 days now, icons on a theme are not reacting accordingly, instead I get a reply “make your icons the same size”, they are and I am not finding where the custom settings are done by the author – not seeing in CSS or the like. These delays can prove catastrophic for deadlines. I am unclear why sometimes support is great, other times I wait days and still no resolve. As a whole this is an excellent them, I just need timely responses with care and time put into them…

Hello – the solution is not valid, I have mentioned that, it does not work as you see in the screenshot you provided. I understand how to size icons, adjust css, the oversized icon has the same settings as the initial icons, but yet it still shows differently. This has been back and forth for days. I should be able to merely change the icon, not altering the icon box settings and anticipate the same results, this is not the case. You have shown that in your screenshot. The theme is excellent as a whole, this issues seems to not be the norm, but nonetheless there is an issue and I don’t feel it is being answered. It is something to do with the CSS specific to the template. I reply, wait 24 hours, still not a viable answer, days of time lost. I really need this resolved. I will keep trying to find where the issue lays, but it is not in the standard settings or base css. Even the line thickness is vastly different, your screenshot illustrates that. Thank you!
I am finding the same issue for another site with your icon boxes, when a person should be able to swap the icon, all the custom css goes away. I have still yet to hear back.

Updating the theme to the latest version = fatal error. Also the slider revolution does not show pictures. disabling the option in Udesign >> Optimize Wizards >> Slider Revolution. = fatal error.

1. Please first rename the theme folder located in wp-content/themes. This allows you to successfully log in to your site.
2. Then, delete the core plugin folder from wp-content/plugins.
3. Afterward, please reinstall the theme and then install and activate the core plugin.
4. And then also update Elementor and other plugins on your site to ensure everything is up-to-date.
5. Finally, check back to your site again.
it was a disaster. The fatal error had something to do with the child theme customizer settings. So i did a clean theme but i lost al settings. took my a 2 hours to fix everything

Everything running flawlessly but recently updated to v4.11.5 and seeing some 404’s related to e-animation-fadeIn*.css stuff. Stylesheet reference appears to be pointing a non-existing css file(css/components/animations folder). Any ideas?

It looks like the Kirki Customizer plugin has been abandoned. Do you plan to remove or replace its requirement from the UDesign theme at any point?

Hi, I had to disable Kirki due to the PHP error it was yielding. Thankfully the site is still functioning!
While I don’t see a direct reference to Kirki being replaced in the changelog you linked, I am thankful to know that you are considering removal.

Not impressed. I have used this theme about 10 times and always been happy, but this is the first time I have tried to use it for woocommerce. I have attempted installing the theme from scratch on a few different servers and each time I have faced the same issue with the product page content template not rendering correctly. I have raised a ticket and had some communication back and forth, but after one week I am still left without a functioning shop and a client deadline to meet. “try uninstalling an reinstalling”, “third party plugin conflict” the only plugins installed are by your theme on the wizard. This should be tested properly before each major release. If looking to do a standard site, this template rocks, but for woocommerce, I would stay clear until this issue is fixed.

The previous version of the UDesign theme is quite outdated compared to the latest themes, which incorporate the newest technologies, features, and coding standards. Without updating the theme, it will eventually become incompatible with future updates, and this could result in your website breaking, leading to the loss of your site’s functionality. To prevent this, we’ve decided to upgrade the theme to utilize the latest technologies and standards. As part of this update, we’ve removed outdated features like shortcodes and added a wide range of new functionalities, making it much easier for customers to build their site without needing custom code or shortcodes.
Additionally, I noticed that you’re not currently using a page builder plugin to design your site. The latest version of the UDesign theme is fully compatible with Elementor, one of the most popular and user-friendly page builder plugins available. Elementor allows you to build and customize your site with a simple drag-and-drop interface, making it a great tool to work with the new theme.
In my opinion, it would be wise not to update the theme directly on your live site. Instead, I recommend creating a staging site with your current version of the theme, then applying the update there. This way, you can identify and resolve any issues that may arise with the new version of the theme before making it live. Once the staging site is fully updated and working as expected, you can then push the changes to your live site. This will ensure that future updates are smoother and less likely to cause problems.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can continue using the old version of the theme for now, which will keep your site working for a while longer, but it may cause issues in the future. Ultimately, the decision is yours.
I am not able to find where I can do or change the settings to use different Title Block for each page with different backgrounds and content in the Title Bar. In “Global Page Layout” there is the selected block “Page Header”. It has “Meta Box” Page Title but is says: “What Customers Say”, and the Page Subtitle Says: “Testimonials” How do I change this?

First, you have to create different page header blocks using the Udesign template feature.
Then, using the Layout Builder option, you can set the headers on the different pages according to your needs.
Create a header in the UDESIGN >> Layouts >> All Templates like this: https://postimg.cc/hXfhtM7g
You can add images in these headers and then you can set them to different page header blocks on the other pages from the UDESIGN >> Layouts >> Layouts Builders >> Page header.

Just FYI, my site was down, totally blank. Updating the theme & Elementor was not fixing the issue. Everything else seemed to be updated since there was nothing left to do on the Wordpress “Updates” page.
I went through each & every plugin & saw parts of my site come back when I deactivated “UDesign Core” plugin. Only when I went back to reactivate it on the plugins page did it say it requires an update, which routed me to “Appearance” > “Install Plugins”. From there, I updated & reactivated and everything is back to normal! But this was very confusing for me – why wasn’t “UDesign Core” showing on the Wordpress updates page?

Why It Didn’t Appear in “Updates” Page: WordPress doesn’t always show every plugin update in the main “Updates” page, especially when the update is tied directly to the theme’s custom setup. Plugins like UDesign Core use a different update process, so it doesn’t always show up where you expect it. This can cause confusion, especially if you’re used to seeing all plugin updates in the main updates section.
So please always look for plugins updates of the theme under Appearance >> Install Plugins.
Hi there, could you please check at your end that slider revolution showing background pictures. I tried my best in different ways but its not working, than i installed local wp engine on my computer. on the block when i tried the add module its working with all the pictures but when i tried on your theme on my website it calling the module and showing in draft but when i published than on the browser its not showing, on other themes its showing like default theme of wordpress.

You can always obtain the latest updates for the Premium plugins included in the Theme Package with each theme update.
There’s no need to activate or purchase a new license for these plugins, as they are already part of the theme package with a license purchased by AndonDesign.
The activation message is intended for those who wish to update the plugin directly from their website. In your case, you’ll receive the updated plugin with each theme update release.
You do not need to activate the plugin.
Please note that you cannot use the library/template of any Premium plugin included in the Theme Package without purchasing the separate license for that specific plugin. This is in accordance with Envato policy, which you may wish to verify with them.

hello. I’m using the ‘build’ theme and the polylang plugin. However, while creating an English homepage, I changed the header and footer to English, so the header and footer on the homepage in the default language also change to be the same.
How can I specify different headers and footers for two websites with different languages?I think I need to set it in udesign page layouts or do some additional settings, but I can’t figure it out. Thanks.
