Hello. I have a client that is using your theme. The previous designer purchased the theme but would like to update the theme and get support. Would I be able to buy the theme and then reinstall it on the client’s site, will the site then work again? If yes, How can i go about this?

Is there a way to use the Avada Editor inside an editor that is inside a plugin…?? e.g. In the plugin “Popup Maker”, I can use the regular WordPress editor to create my content. But I cannot use the more user-friendly editor that comes with Avada, even though I an using the Avada theme. Any way to make this happen…??

Ignore this question, as I figured out that I can turn this in the OPTIONS > BUILDER OPTIONS from the admin panel for Avada.

I had two websites running on Avada 7.11.10. I’ve updated one of them to 7.11.11 and now on that updated one the 404 page is acting weird. The 404 content from the layout section is now below the main menu (I’m using the Header Layout 7, so no global menu layout). On other pages is working fine, the content is visible through the main menu. But only on the 404 page is below the main menu. Is this a bug or just some new configuration? I can’t seem to fix it.
Nevermind! I think I’m just stupid. :)) I solved it by modifying this: Avada > Options > Header > Header Styling, from a solid color to rgba(0,0,0,0). Sorry! I should have waited a bit more before commenting. But in my defense, when you live edit this scenario, is not showing up as it is on the live website. So at least this have to be investigated please! Thank you!

We are glad to hear that you have worked this out, regarding the legacy headers being editable from live builder, this is not a possibility since they require global options to be changed and cannot be changed using the live editor at the moment.

Hi, Ammar, I understand that you have not tested it. I was that response here in the comments. What I am asking is – Has your support team run into issues with your clients. If your clients are opening tickets when they use ARMember you can easily find that out. I’m not asking for what you haven’t done, I’m asking for what your support experience has been. If it was not a popular plugin I wouldnt ask. Thank you.

Your new Portfolio demo is quite cool, but off-canvas main menu is not functional in my case on post and portfolio items, although it is functional on the home page. The theme is on a fresh WP installation with all the requirements surpassed. It also works on your demo website, but the fact that the menu is already functional at Home page in my installation suggests that there could be a glitch somewhere that does not require an additional support period. Please kindly check this and advise.

There’s apparently an issue with this. The fact that this off-canvas is working fine on your demo does not mean it’s functional out-of-the box. You could have resolved this in your particular demos. As the theme provider, you could have resolved this at your end, on your demos. However, Please update or provide open-access support. I think I should even consider to escalate this to Envato Arbitration. I already have 2 licences and how come you dare to ask for more monies? Please advise how this issue could be eliminated permanently (without additional requests for further support time.) And please be advised that you should not need any access to my websites, which would be a primitive solution on a case-by-case basis. To summarize: 1. There is a problem with this off-canvas on mobile and tablet. 2. I DO NOT think I should extent support for this, as this is most probably a BUG!

I believe there is some misunderstanding here, so let me explain this once more, no one is asking you to for any money, the rules for support are set by ENVATO itself, the issue you are facing is not a bug and a setup specific issue, there is no reason for us to fix a bug in our prebuilt websites only as they use same Avada files as our users do, so this issue is very limited to your settings and it is simply not possible to check what could be causing this without having more information.

Have you really tried to replicate this issue in a general hosting environment? I don’t think so. You seem to be responding from your end, where this issue could have been eliminated manually. Since this menu works on the main page on mobile, there should be no problem with a particular hosting environment or server settings on my end. Please rest assured that I’ll follow-up this and post here when you understand the issue and release a Patch! Apart from all these, I wish you all the best for such a well-intended theme and demo!

It has finally turned out that this possible glitch or error does not occur when the same demo is loaded through /wp-admin/admin.php?page=avada-setup and selecting a Prebuilt Website there. As I haven’t tried nor planning it the other way around, I’m not sure how and if this has really resolved the issue for sure. Currently, this demo works with my setup through this route. FYI.

You can create a custom layout and see if the disqus provides a shortcode, that short code can then be used in the custom layout to show your disqus comments area, if you need further assistance with this, get in touch with the plugin authors and see if they can provide more information.

Hi, I need to make carousel (image + text) but i don’t want to attach them to any custom post type and just have regular image, texts & buttons. Is there a way to not make it a dynamic content? Is it achievable with Avada?

This will definitely require you to setup a custom post type in this case, without a custom post type it is not possible to actually setup a carousel using dynamic elements.

- If you mean live search, that is possible, however there is no option such as live filtering, we do have post card filters that can filter post types based on categories or tags.
- We have not officially tried this particular plugin with Avada in this case actually so can not provide any information on this.

Morning. I am looking at purchasing my 6th theme from you. On my checks I noticed your plugin, Theme Custom Branding, is giving the following message when I click on settings. Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. Needless to say as a developer I need this working. I tried it on three different sites in different hosting. The themes and plugins are up to date and I am admin. This is a pre sale question.

I have just checked and confirmed, the branding plugin options can definitely be used from an admin account without any issues so this is something that needs to be checked, also there is an option for “Apply changes to admin” so make sure that is not enabled as well in the WP Admin tab.

Hi Ammar. I appreciate you are trying to help. I tried all my avada themes that are live and they all show the same message. I had no problem setting them or editing them when I first set them up and have not touched them since as there was no need to. So unless some update threw them for me. I will check to see if it’s a 3ed party plugin that is throwing it. Where is the option for “Apply changes to admin, I can not find it. As you can see I am trying every option. as I know avada very well.

I’m experiencing an issue with two off-canvas slide-out menus on my website—one for the main menu and another containing a “Book a Table” iframe. In the main menu, there’s a button that opens the “Book a Table” menu, but currently, the booking menu opens underneath the main menu, making it hidden.
Ideally, I’d like the “Book a Table” menu to either open on top of the main menu or automatically close the main menu when it opens. Is there a way to make this work?

I am so confused about the “Accordion”. When you click inside the panel, for example if you try to select text or use a form, the accordion is closed. Is there any way to only keep this toggle-function on the panel-header? Going crazy.

I downloaded the new version. I followed the instructions. It said the upload was successful, but when I activate the theme it now says:
“The following themes are installed but incomplete.”
“This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.”
When I click “Resume” it says “Theme could not be resumed because it triggered a fatal error.”
I deleted & uploaded the theme twice. My website is now completely inactive. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like the complete theme files were not downloaded or installed causing the issue, I will suggest doing a completely new installation of the files, however if the issue persists our team will need to take a closer look into this.
