when I activate Bridge Core I am no longer able to edit pages nor do I see the ”:edit with wpBakery” link. If it is not active, I see the links and can edit pages. There are no PHP errors.

yes, I have tried enabling “Grid Items” which changes nothing with the missing wpBakery modules. Also, I have already mentioned I am unable to submit a support ticket as the licenses for the several copies of this theme I manage are no longer accepted to do so.

The Slider Revolution is listed as a required plugin because it is used in most of the demos. However, if you are not using Slider Revolution or LayerSlider to create sliders, you don’t need to install them.

Hi, just a question, we have a client who wants to upgrade Bridge to the latest version, he has a very old version 11.2. If we upgrade to the latest version available 30.8.2 there are problems due to the huge version gap. Is there any way to download intermediate versions to be able to do the upgrade in a staggered manner? Thank you very much

Before you start the update, we recommend that you create a backup in case something goes wrong. This way you can restore the backup and try again. You can learn more on how to easily create a backup here.

To update Bridge theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from the video tutorial in this article, and please don’t skip ‘10:34 – One final step after updating the Bridge theme’ part of the video.

After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is very important that you update Bridge Core plugin which will be listed there.

Also if you have Envato Toolkit on your site do note that this is now an outdated plugin. Go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove the whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit This is a deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.

One more thing you need to do is to register your purchase code in Bridge Dashboard which will appear once you update and activate Bridge Core plugin. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

Please check the plugin “qode-news” [ latest version 3.0.6 ] because after the update to Elementor [ 3.25.6 ] with WP [ 6.7 ] it generates the “white page” in the front-end. From the Debug Display inspection it reads: “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in ../htdocs/wp-includes/post.php on line 1102” Once deactivated plugin, the theme Bridge [ 30.8.2 ] starts working again.

If you are planning to import another demo, it is good practice to first clear your existing demo by resetting the database (please note that this plugin will clear all WP content, basically reverting your site to the point when you just installed a fresh copy of WordPress). If you are using multisite, please use this plugin carefully because it can reset all network installations.

Hello, I’m having issues with the Bridge theme specifically the “Bridge Core Plugin” i try to register my theme with the purchase code, but it crashes the site. After further investigation i found out that the crash is due to the “Bridge core” plugin, with an error message of (E_ERROR caused in line 3)

I really must say I’m totally disappointed in the quality of service response. Its been well over 5 days since i submitted a ticket on your website and up till this very moment no response from you guys, and my website user experience has been damaged.

Hi, I have set up a single page site with using the native wordpress menu to scroll around the page, however the navigation doesnt work on mobile view, when you tap a menu item, the menu closes and the page stays static (i.e. it doesnt scroll to where it should).

I can’t say for definite but I think this was working fine before the recent update.
