The Lastest Upade broke the MasterStudy LMS – Online Courses, eLearning PRO Plus, Breadcrumb NavXT, and STM Configurations plugins. When the Breadcrumb NavXT and STM Configurations plugins are activated, they interfere with MasterStudy LMS — Online Courses, eLearning PRO Plus and courses can’t be created and existing lessons can’t be accessed. I submitted a ticket to support, but they haven’t responded.

All the plugins are up to date. For now I downgraded to the older version of WordPress that is compatible with MasterStudy LMS – Online Courses eLearning PRO Plus, Breadcrumb NavXT, STM Configurations, and Redux Framework.
This temporary solution caused everything to start working again, and all the warnings and notices got resolved. And Support still has not replied to my tickets; it’s been over 3 days. I have lifetime support, and there is a 6 to 12 hour waiting time. But for some reason there is still no follow-up.

Hi. The SMT-required plugin is the problem, I think you guys are using the wrong plugin file corrupted or the wrong file in there. When I’m swapping between consulting and master study, it asks to update one of the SMT plugins then when I update, it breaks my website every single time, so one of the themes is with the bad plugin file. So, since I already diagnosed it for you, why don’t you this time stop with denial and face that your demo import is creap and it has been like that for a few years and you guys just don’t care about it, please forward it to the author, he should care more.

Great theme, but I have a problem with the checkout at the end of the work. Buying lessons. I don’t use the built-in Stripe payment, but the stripe plugin that integrates with woocommerc. The payment is completed fine and is visible in the order.
But after placing the order, it does not redirect me to the successful checkout page, but I get an error message on the checkout page (while the order is placed correctly): “There was an error processing your order. I intended to buy the pro plus plan, but honestly, there are some very important points that I expected in your program. First, we are supposed to be able to create a multi-course learning platform, but under one brand. I have checked RTL demo and I think it’s unfair to say that the theme is 100% RTL. Some observation: - Misaligned icons: The icons throughout the platform appear misaligned and do not adapt properly to the RTL layout, causing confusion and hindering navigation. - Incorrect arrow directions: The arrows used for navigation and indication purposes are not mirrored correctly in the RTL layout, leading to a counterintuitive user experience. - Button placement: The placement and alignment of buttons in the RTL layout are inconsistent and do not follow the expected right-to-left flow, causing confusion and frustration for users. - Overall the theme is uncomfortable and inconsistent in RTL mode.

It looks like this pro plugin will never get any updates anymore, even security updates.
I will want to upgrade to the Pro Plus, I hope the price I paid for this will be offsetted. Or will I need to get a refund to purchase the pro plus?
And I have another big problem with this plugin.
It’s extremely slow in the WP Admin area and takes forever to load any page. But whenever my VPN is on it doesn’t behave that way. Even your website, the stylmix website never loads up until I switch on VPN. Is there an IP issue with your codes?
I have previously raised the extremely slow issue on wordpress.org when I was still trying out the free version until I recently discovered it might be an IP issue.

Okay, back to the IP issue. I realized the issue is with the base plugin (free plugin).

Loading anything in the WordPress wp-admin takes forever to load until I use my VPN.
