Pre purchase question. I am looking at the “Laurent” restaurant theme from Elated Themes. Seems you have the same demo as well in bridge. The theme featured in your demos seems much simpler. Greetings! We seem to be having an issue with the website since the most rcent wordpress updates. The logo center screen keeps stretching out and taking over the top ¾ of the page. We cleared cache we resubmitted the logo, nothing seems to work.

We’ve found that you are running the latest theme version (30.8.3) but your Bridge Core plugin is not up to date (the current version is 3.3.2). Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and there you can update Bridge Core to the latest version. when I activate Bridge Core I am no longer able to edit pages nor do I see the ”:edit with wpBakery” link. If it is not active, I see the links and can edit pages. There are no PHP errors.
also, when I do disable the Bridge Core plugin, more wpBakery modules that are otherwise missing will load, like the “Tour” module which builds vertical tabs.
and before sending me to support, the multiples of this theme I have no longer have support available.

Yes, theme (v30.8.2) is registered and functional, but I cannot edit pages and some of the wpBakery modules are missing (like ‘Tour’ – vertical tabs) if Bridge Core (v3.3.2) is active.
In tour item pages only the content of “Information” tab can be edited with WPBakery. You just need to enable the editor for tour pages in WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager. The content of other tabs is edited in the backend of the tour item page. For more info please check the documentation in this link.

yes, I have tried enabling “Grid Items” which changes nothing with the missing wpBakery modules. Also, I have already mentioned I am unable to submit a support ticket as the licenses for the several copies of this theme I manage are no longer accepted to do so.
