Now I wanted to update the theme in the backend, but the message came up that I should “deregister” the theme in order to re-register it. sorry but this setting does not appear when content type is set to content block. And on the content block itself there is no such setting as well.

Hello. I have been trying to change the column layout on rows. It only allows me to use a default layout (1/2 + 1/2, 1/3+1/3+1/3, etc). When I click custom, it doesnt does anything besides an error on console: “backend.min.js?ver=7.8:38 Uncaught ReferenceError: Popper is not defined”. Same thing happening on a demo locally. Is this my problem or is it a theme problem?

We are sorry but as you can see we are not able to replicate and at the moment we don’t have similar reports from other users. Maybe you are using a possible extra plugin in both installations?
Exactly like that. That pop up to write my own column width just does not appear, back end editor and front end editor! I actually just tried disabling all plugins except “Uncode Core” and “Uncode WPBakery Page Builder” and the problem remains

I’m currently facing multiple issues on a shop built for a client
First, on the french ‘Boutique’ page of the site, I see all products displayed while I did build a query using taxonomies to exclude some categories. I now see 98 products instead of 21. It was perfectly working for months and issue did pup up recently.
I have a very strange issue with my shop pages. In EN, as soon as I indicate in woocommerce settings that a page is the shop page, the design gets broken https://kahuhome.com/en/shop-old like all my content blocks are not working anymore on the page. When I want to edit with frontend the page itself, I get the message ‘This page can not be edited with WPBakery since it is missing a WordPress default content area’
My workaround was to deactivate the option in woocommerce indicating which page is the shop. So my real shop page is not considered as shop anymore https://kahuhome.com/en/shop
I also suspect a compatibility issue with polylang for woocommerce and uncode. I had to deactivate polylang for woocommerce because I was also not able to edit my shop page in FR anymore, content blocks not showing up.

In my site in french, I finally also had to remove the mentioned shop page from woocommerce settings. To summarize, both woocommerce settings + polylang for woocommerce are kind of breaking my site. This could be related to the message ‘This page can not be edited with WPBakery since it is missing a WordPress default content area’ I receive as soon as I try to edit those pages
Hi Kahuhome! About the possible issue with Polylang we know about this problem. Uncode is advertised as WPML and Weglot compatible, not Polylang. The recent problem with Polylang is because they copy WPML codes, so an improvement introduced for WPML had as a side effect an issue with Polylang. To fix it you can update these files with the patched versions:
- uncode/vc_templates/vc_button.php
- uncode/vc_templates/vc_column_inner.php
- uncode/vc_templates/vc_column.php
- uncode/vc_templates/vc_row_inner.php
- uncode/vc_templates/vc_row.php

If you compare the EN (https://kahuhome.com/en/shop/) and FR versions of the shop page. The FR one is effectively using content blocks as defined in the theme options. The EN version seems to be locked and when trying to edit the theme options for the english version of the site via polylang, i get a message in the theme options in red mentionning that I can’t save the settings in secondary languages. What is strange is that everything was working fine for months. Seems like I can’t use content blocks on the EN version.

If you created a standard page editable with the Page Builder and you want to use this page, please don’t name it with the same name of the page you use as the main Shop page in the WooCommerce settings. By the moment you set a page as your main WooCommerce shop page WordPress uses this in the template hierarchy. Anyway, it seems you already mentioned this in your first comment.
Yes, Theme Options can only be saved in the main language. In WPML there is String Translator which is a WPML addon that translates Theme Options (we don’t know how Polylang manages this). It seems you changed some settings but without complete logins, it’s really not easy to figure out.
how can I add custom css to a content block? I use a content block for woocommerce products template, but I need to add css to all product pages, only to product pages. How can I do it?

Hi supermex! If the CSS is for all the single product pages you just need to insert your custom codes in the Theme Options > CSS so they are available for all single product pages and wrap the code with the “single-product” class. For example:

Hi, when using the content block option for the product builder, how can I set the image carousel for the product gallery to work like it does the default way? Sample: https://nakaryu.de/shop/webdesign/web/ I put the featured image as a single media, and below it a media carousel displaying the gallery images. But when clicking on a gallery image, it opens in the lightbox, but it should display in where the featured image is, just like the default woocommerce way works.

Hello. I show YouTube or Vimeo videos on the portfolio page with the Lightbox function. I link YouTube videos with the Add Multimedia function and use the Poster image as a thumbnail. It worked fine for several years. However, recently, when I add a new portfolio, the YouTube that appears as a light box does not work properly. The play button appears, but when I play, it says that the address is incorrect and does not play.
I tested it with many videos on YouTube, but they do not all appear.
I also confirmed that when I turn off the light box and move the page with the Link to post function, the YouTube video plays normally.
My conclusion is that there seems to be a problem when loading YouTube with the Lightbox function.
I updated WordPress and the uncode theme periodically and did not change any settings. WordPress is 6.7 and uncode is 2.9.04.
It is very bad because I cannot add a new portfolio. Please help.

I am using Uncode v2.9.1.3 (Wordpress v6.7) and I am struggling to see hyperlinks in the gutenberg editor. They are dark grey / black, and so is the text in the editor, so it is really difficult for me to identify what is a link and what is not.
It looks like the Uncode theme styles the gutenberg editor with CSS under the tag <style id=”uncode-gutenberg-css”> in the post.php page.
Here is the CSS that is causing the issue

Please see the file above. Page 1 and 2 show how the links appear in the WP post editor (in the back-end). Page 3 shows how the links appear in the front-end of the website (i.e. what a visitor would see when reading a blog post).

This means that use the accent color if you select “Accent color” in “Link Color”. We tested it and it works. Not sure if you didn’t clear the cache of the dynamic files. We’ll insert this fix. If for some reason it doesn’t work for you open a ticket so we can see the details.

Update: I have discovered the issue with the internal borders. However I am still trying to achieve the border effect with site wide frame

If you want to modify the Frame Shadow it’s not supposed there is an option, you just need to remove the small code you have and use this in the Theme Options > CSS:

Hello! I’m trying to make a header that is placed after the menu, not under the menu on my page. I don’t want my menu to be transparent. When I did the content block with a header, I saw a menu as not transparent on the top of the page, and then the header section followed, but then when I linked My Header Content Block to the page, my Menu became transparent.
How can I change it? Please. I unchecked the Menu transparency in the Theme Options section. I want my header to be placed after Menu, not under the menu.

I tried MP4, WebM, different codecs, reduced the size of the file several times from 36Mo to 5Mo.. Honestly I don’t get it, I really need this to be fixed
