The method of setting the menu depends on the type of header you are using. Hello is this theme capable of replicating the professional directory functionality found on Houzz.com. Specifically, I am looking for features such as:
1. A comprehensive directory where I can create different categories and subcategories and where professionals (e.g., architects, designers, contractors) can create and manage their profiles
2. The ability for users to browse horizontally by slides like houzz.com, filter, and search the directory based on criteria such as product, specialty, and reviews.
3. A user-friendly interface like houzz.com for visitors to contact professionals directly through their profiles also shop their products with woocommerce
4. Showcasing portfolios, reviews, companies, services and ratings as different categories
If the theme does not currently support these features out of the box, do you offer any plugins or customization options to achieve this functionality?

The website you mentioned is very complex. A website like that will take quite some time to build.
1. The theme has features for custom post types and taxonomies, and custom fields, which are required for a directory website https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-12-update-is-live-explore-the-new-features/ The architects, designers, contractors, etc. could be subscribers with accounts on the website, which can submit listings, edit them, etc.
2. The theme doesn’t have a slider like that, but it could be done with custom work. The theme has options to display filters, for example like in this page https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_job_hunt_pro/jobs/
3. That is possible, for example it can be done through a contact form, set to send an email to the author of the profile page. Like in the form from the sidebar of this page https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_doctors_pro/tdcpt_doctors/herman-rehema/
4. Creating the custom post types and taxonomies can be done with the ACF plugin. The templates for them can be designed with our composer.
Again, the website you mentioned is a very complex website, and it doesn’t use wordpress. I could say that our theme can be used to build such a website, but it will take a lot of time and custom work to have a similar functionality and design. There’s no way to know for sure that every single part and detail of the website can be replicated, because of the size and complexity of the website.

What you can do is to start with https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_job_hunt_pro/jobs/ demo, but you can start with any of them or you can create your own templates -https://forum.tagdiv.com/introduction-cpt-acf-newspaper-theme/ because the houzz.com site is quite different from our demos (it’s not exactly the same as that one, but just has some similar elements), but using templates for CPTs and custom fileds (using a plugin like ACF plugin, you’ll have nboth cpts and custom fileds) and you can achieve a website like that one.

Sharing on Facebook and most socials requires loading OG meta tags. These are usually loaded using SEO plugins. I see you are using Yoast, and it loads the meta tags correctly. I suggest using the Facebook debugger to see if there are any issues https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug Please enter the post link and test, for example https://i.imgur.com/dTyonOS.png For the post I tested it works fine. If there are issues with other posts perhaps, please use the debugger.

How do i change logo? The logo is not saving from theme panel. Why is updates not saving from the theme panel ?

For PRO demos the logo must be set with the composer, not in the theme panel. The PRO demos are all fully customizable in the frontend, using the composer. That is a very old theme version. If you already have a theme license then you don’t have to buy the theme again inn order to update the theme. Simply download the theme from your themeforest account and install it on the website. I believe you are using a mobile page https://img001.prntscr.com/file/img001/AeSQ1DYXS72Tum6z-V-OrA.png This is not required, but if you want to use one, a mobile page requires a mobile header and a mobile footer.
To set them, please convert a desktop header and footer template, in the composer, while editing the mobile page, like this https://img001.prntscr.com/file/img001/YWx-7HN6TGSoRr9ykv2NKw.png and like this https://img001.prntscr.com/file/img001/93UdXe3BQw--fonSxusRTg.png Converting them will create copies, the desktop header and footer will remain. BUT
I have registered my license on (thefoji.com) . Whenever I try to activate the license for my second testing staging site (assigned) (gulfasianews.com), I find the following ERROR

I’m struggling to upgrade the theme from v9 to v12, your team sent a message with instructions which include installing WP Super Cache. Now I’ve got malware on my site after installing this highly recommended plugin. Also none of your other generic tips and one-size-fits all ‘support’ email were of any help.

That is a very old theme version. Updating the theme does not require using a caching plugin, not sure where our instructions mentioned it. And it is impossible for the super cache plugin to contain malware, if you installed it through wordpress. If there is malware, it was most likely already on the website. I suggest updating the theme, remove the old one and its plugins, and install the new one. Be sure to install the standard pack plugin manually https://prnt.sc/PRQ-wc2twtBy That plugin is required for older websites. Also I suggest updating all the plugins you are using on the website. Then most importantly, I suggest to install the Wordfence plugin and scan the website with it, it will find infected files if there still are any. However, these are just the basic steps, it may be needed to investigate more if the malware persists.

We have no way of knowing who is using the key, we can see that the key and the theme are being used on the website https://pixelcaption.in/ Unassigning or removing a website means that the key and the theme will not be used on the website anymore. Unless the theme is removed from the website, we can’t remove the website from our database unfortunately. If we remove it, it will just show up again, since the key and the theme are still used there.

It requires resetting the theme -> https://prnt.sc/rPcHwIdR7J7a and deleting the theme from the website. Once that is done the website can be removed. It is the only way unfortunately. According to the license terms a license key is for one website https://prnt.sc/OaE-KrL644w4 and it must be used according to these terms.

If you are activating the theme with the key and the success message is displayed, but the theme remains not activated, it could be caused by caching, like object cache, from plugins or from the hosting. I suggest to temporary deactivate the caching and check if the activation works correctly.
