I recently realized that I missed out on the Cyber Sale discount for the Flatsome theme. After further investigation, I found out that the time on ThemeForest is different from my local time, and the sale was based on the ThemeForest time.
Is there any possibility to purchase the theme with the discount, or is there a discount code available for this situation?
After conducting extensive research, I’ve decided to use Flatsome to start my business. I’m really excited to join this community and contribute to improving the theme.

Hello, Filtering products with attributes and with picked option to show as “dropdown” is not working on flatsome with mobile view, search field cant be clicked “focus” for type a search phrase, on desktop its working, on mobile not… Ive checked it with storefront and there its working well

I am having an issue with the Flatsome theme. I keep getting a warning from SEMrush that my checkout page has a temporary redirection (status code 302) to the cart page. After doing days of testing, it came up as a Flatsome issue. I have deactivated everything and as soon as the Flatsome theme was deactivated, the problem disappeared. I do not have active support, but this is an issue with your theme that needs to be fixed. I have purchased many licenses and would like to know how to resolve this issue. the website is https://vidaaestheticsmadison.com/

Hi, I purchased this theme for my website https://www.glamaya.com but I am facing issues with the license activation. For some reason, it automatically gives an error after 2-3 minutes that the activation token is not properly formatted. can you please help?

Is it possible to display Gutenberg blocks/templates (that I created before) in the classic Widgets of Flatsome?

You can use a 3rd party SMTP plugin and get the necessary SMTP server address and settings from your hosting provider.

When I enable the quick view feature on the catalogue page and click on Quick View the first image that pops up always displays no image. I toggle through the swatches on the same view and the gallery remains unresponsive. I have created a screen share to demonstrate the problem https://imgur.com/a/flatsome-quick-view-issue-qnWMNid
I have confirmed that I have images set on the listings under Product Image and Product Gallery. This problem occurs across all my product listings on my website with the quick view feature. What settings can I change so that the quick view displays my first image correctly and also responds to color swatch changes? I am using the Flatsome swatch feature as well.

It might be happening because of the image lazy loading settings.
All my Flatsome websites have lost their connection to Instgram feeds. I have followed your instruction for Facebook Developers App but then when I try and load the feed from Flatsome dashboard I get an error saying App not active This app is not currently accessible and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.
Do you have any advise as to when this will be corrected as it’s been like this for weeks?
