Strange issue going on here, New updates all around. When functionality and wp bakery are enabled. I see the website as I should. but when I try to edit the pages. I no longer see the wp bakery as an option, I get the default wordpress edit page with the spiral of death and the page never loads propely. When I disable functionality, I can now see the wp bakery edit screens but the pages do not display properly. Any ideas or do I need a ticket? running php 8.2 all necessary plugiins are updated. latest porto and wp bakery is 8.0

It appears that the page was edited and published using Gutenberg (the default WordPress editor), which has caused issues on the site. Once a page is created with one page builder, switching to another builder can lead to site damage. In this case, we recommend either resetting the site and starting from scratch or restoring the site from a backup.

Hi. We are having an issue on a site using the Wholesale Suite plugin (https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/) where quickview on a product doesn’t work.
We reached out to the Wholesale Suite support and they said the following:
After further investigation, the conflict appears to stem from the Porto theme rather than our plugin. In version 7.1.14, the Porto theme introduced compatibility code for the Wholesale For WooCommerce plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-wholesale-pricing/). However, this code uses prefixes similar to those in our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin, causing the issue you’re experiencing. We recommend reaching out to Porto theme support for assistance. Please inform them that the problematic code is found on line 518 of the wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions/woocommerce.php file. They should ensure this code only runs when the Wholesale For WooCommerce plugin is active, rather than whenever the WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin is activated.

Hi. I am running Porto 7.3.0 with Child Theme. 1. We have not officially tested such integrations with our theme, so we cannot provide guidance on it. However, if you’d like, you can try it at your own risk.
2. Yes, our theme is multilingual-compatible and works with major multilingual plugins like WPML and Polylang. You can choose the one that best fits your needs.
3. Yes, as mentioned in point 2, an additional plugin is required.
4. Porto WordPress is built on WooCommerce, which natively supports external/affiliate products. You can learn more about this functionality here: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#external-affiliate-products
5. Our theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress only.
6. Unfortunately, we haven’t tested this. However, you can try using a third-party plugin or custom code that suits your requirements.

I’ve checked our database and found that the license for your theme has already been used on the site: https://bankmidia.com.br/ , which is a live website with Porto installed.
As per Envato’s policy, a single license is valid for only one live URL. This applies to all themes on ThemeForest, and you may want to verify this directly with Envato.
If you wish to use the same theme on a different site, you will need to purchase an additional license. Alternatively, you can completely remove the theme from the current site and reset the license before using it on a new site.
