Hi, One of my Fav theme so far… But this time I have two issues. 1. The rev slider isn’t displaying the slider when I am using it via Shortcode. 2. I cannot use the Porto studio on a page/post. After clicking on it, it opens with a dark window, and I can’t import any elements.
My theme is activated. I already deactivated it and then activated it again.

After the last update, even though I changed the language file to Turkish, many words still remain in English and do not change. The product payment page, cart page, product pages, etc. all have English text.

Hi Porto,
I have recently installed this theme on a new site I’m working on. I installed the theme and the demo content okay, but despite following the documentation and searching the support comments, I cannot figure out how to change the background images connected to the Banner Blocks.
I have 3 pages where I want to change the banner image. At the moment they are set as follows:
About – Banner Block -> about-us-banner Shop – Banner Block -> category-banner Contact – Banner Block -> about-us-banner
If I go into Porto -> Templates Builder -> Block Builder I can see the blocks named above listed there. But if I click on ‘Edit with Elementor’ it opens a blank page like this and I cannot see where to set/change the image: https://prnt.sc/mj7bVQ8zXqK5

What strikes me is that it indicates at the bottom of the page that a critical error has occurred. The site is published in catalog mode.

Hi there, love the theme thank you! Have got a few questions if that’s ok.
1. Since the last update, the search icon from within the search bar in the top header / menu has moved to the left. I’ve checked the template builder and nothing has changed here. If we remove “search-lg-auto flex-lg-grow-1 flex-grow-auto w-auto text-right mr-xxl-4 mr-lg-3 ms-lg-0 ms-auto pr-lg-1” from the extra class name from within the search form element, the issue goes away but the search bar is then small.
2. Also, we’d like to add a different full width header image to each product category page but cannot find out how to do this? The template builder will only let us assign a single template to all product categories. We want this so we can add a custom image, heading and paragraph to each product category at the top. We know the theme can do this because of these demos:

Hi I Have questin about: Product Image & Zoom in old version porto in mobile zoom is auto when I hover my finger over the image. In the new version on the phone, I have to click on the image. To perform a one-click update, log in to your site, navigate to Appearance >> Themes, and click on the update link.

If your site is down, we recommend using the manual update method.

2. Add the content or promotion banner to the block, then publish it.

5. This will display the promotion banner at the top of your site.
