Cannot edit any page anymore, get spinning circle. Tried everything I could think of; disabled all plugins, enabled safe mode, set higher memory, etc. etc. etc. I also could not update the JetElements plugin anymore? It appears as if this issue has begun after the last update of JupiterX?

Received your mailing stating there is a compatibility issue between latest versions of JupiterX and Elementor. Re-installed older version of Elementor, hope you can find a fix soon.

Today again, I can’t update the jet plugins in “Maintenance” -> Plugins. Is there an issue with this plugins?

Hello,

I am using a page with elementor to show all posts on that page, I am using the Advanced Posts module with General Layout: Grid.

This show the excerpt in posts in grid but only show text of the excerpt. There are some ways to show an image in the excerpt?

I have tried but it seems that Raven sanitizes the excerpt and does not render the html of the excerpt. I have tried installing some plugins like Advanced excerpt and Advanced Post Excerpt but it doesn’t work.

Also modifying the file: wp-content/plugins/jupiterx-core/includes/extensions/raven/includes/core/dynamic-tags/tags/post/post/post-exceprt.php

So it doesn’t sanitize but it still doesn’t work.

Could you give me some guidance on how to get the excerpt to render the HTML so I can display an image of an icon in the exceprt in each post?

Hi. I bought this theme a few years ago when it first came out. Each time I attempted to use it I would always ending up changing to another theme due to its bugs.

Presently I am trying to use it again and facing an issue with the page width. I created a page using Elementor’s Full Width Canvas. The containers are also Full Width and I increased the website width.

At first everything was great as I added a few of your blocks the page is no longer Full Width. I deleted the blocks, cleared cache and the page is still not Full Width. Can I get some help. I know I don’t have support but I first would like to know I can at least create a Basic page without issue. Thanks

I have read that updating the Jet Plugins is problematic. So, before purchasing the theme, I would need to know if their licence is included with the theme or if it must be purchased separately directly from Crocoblock (JetElements For Elementor, JetEngine, JetMenu, JetTabs For Elementor, JetTricks). Jet Plugins from Crocoblock does not update, like many times before. Why is it again and again a problem? I know these Croco Guys are complicated nerds…

Hello, The plugins JetEngine (3.5.6 instead of 3.6.0.1) and JetSmartFilters (3.5.6 instead of 3.5.8) can no longer be updated when I click on update extensions. When I click on maintenance to update the plugins, I get the error: There is a problem in fetching the updates from API. Please check Site Health to fix possible issues. If the issue persists, please contact support. (undefined). My host has set up IP restrictions for security; Can you tell me which IP addresses or domains to authorize in order to update these plugins? Thank you

I created the ticket before I came here, you still haven’t replied.

I am unable tp login to website with the login details provided in the email after sale to make a support ticket. I am unable to download any template for use in JupiterX. I am met with “There is a problem downloading the template.” This theme so far, is not as easy as it has been advertised.

There may be an interference with the core plugin which is required by Jupiter X.
